Cuba Revamps Economy!!

To try to survive the Blockade and Pandemic

Today -- August 4th, 2022 -- Cuba's Central Bank drastically revamped its economy as the island nation tries to emerge from the throes of the U. S. blockade and the almost ebbing pandemic.
The architect of the important change is Alejandro Gil Fernandez, Cuba's Economic Minister.
A massive outside expert on the nuances of the Cuban economy is Pavel Vidal Alejandro, an Economics Professor at the University of Cali. Vidal was once a key strategist at Cuba's Central Bank in Havana. Today he has written extensively on the insightful and respected OnCuba News website about the new economic changes by Cuba.
So on August 4th-2022, as usual, the best place to get the best and most unbiased update on the new and important economic changes in Cuba is to read Pavel Vidal Alexander's decisive article on the OnCuba News website. The website is in either English or Spanish.
This photo today shows everyday Cubans trying to get their own first-hand information at the Metropolitan Bank in Havana regarding the drastic new economic changes. After all, everyday Cubans like these are the ones that will most be affected by the changes. And after all, when a much-more powerful nation levies endless sanctions on a much-weaker nation, everyday people like these are the ones that are most harmed. Of course, since 1962 Americans have been told that the cruel United States sanctions against Cuba are meant to help the EVERYDAY PEOPLE IN CUBA. And, of course, such lies for all these decades have benefited certain people economically and politically in the U. S., and that is why they continue to exist decade-after-decade.
