As you can see above, it appears that Tim Padgett believes that the vast and still-growing economic and political power of the Counter Revolutionary Cubans in South Florida, which dictated Trump's genocide against Cuba, will also dictate much of President Biden's Cuban actions. I, of course, totally agree with the expert journalist Tim Padgett.
