Cuba Proud After Tokyo Olympics

    Early this Sunday morning -- August 8th, 2021 -- Cubans on the island got up early to watch Andy Cruz win yet another boxing Gold Medal in the Olympics in Tokyo!! A 25-year-old superstar from Matanzas, Andy Cruz won his gold for Cuba this morning by beating the American Keyshawn Davis by a 4-the-1 score. Cubans on the island, reeling from the ever-tightening Trump-Biden Blockade and from the deadly upsurge of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the cities of Matanzas and Havana, finally had something to cheer for.

   Cuba finished the Tokyo Olympics with 15 overall medals -- 7 gold; 3 silver; and 5 bronze. Only 13 nations in the world...all much larger and not blockaded by a Superpower...won more medals than little, blockaded Cuba. The three Gold medals in Boxing continued the island's all-time dominance of that sport. Cuba is also the all-time baseball powerhouse in all of Olympic history. But this year of 2021 the Cuban baseball team had the vast misfortune of having to play its pre-Olympic tournament in SOUTH FLORIDA, which is controlled by rich and powerful Counter Revolutionary Cubans. Thus, when the Cuban baseball team arrived at its South Florida hotel, a waiting car was running and then whisked away Cuba's best baseball player. Later in the games, the remaining Cuban players were booed and otherwise intimidated by the sanctimonious Cubans in South Florida. Yet, even without its baseball players, Cuba still sent 36 men and 34 women to Tokyo, the smallest delegation Cuba has had in the past 60 years in the Olympics. But Cubans in Cuba, as shown by the graphic above, this morning of Aug.-8th-2021, shed a lot of happy tears for their Olympic winners...not the sad tears they normally shed because of the genocidal Blockade that South Florida continues and which exacerbates the deadly uptick of COVID-19 cases on the vulnerable island.

War vs. China Over Cuba?

 Hopefully Not, But Stay Tuned!!

    These two headlines this week related to the endless and now surging US-Cuba Conundrum should, I think, be dissected. In essence, together they portended an economic war against the world's two strongest economies and militaries -- the US and China.

      Of course, the international media -- such as The Guardian in London -- reflect the view that the endless and now drastically strengthened U. S. Embargo/Blockade on Cuba is "inhumane" and has been so since 1962 and in August of 2021 that cruelty has been exacerbated by the COVID pandemic that is now devastating Cuban families...with the U. S. taking advantage, in the world view, of the situation to finally overthrow Revolutionary Cuba.

     That brings us to the top Cuban-related headlines today -- August 5th, 2021. The Newsweek headline reveals that China now wants to take advantage of the Latin American outrage about perceived U. S. genocide against Cuban families during the pandemic. China wants badly to increase its image and power in the region, and it has the economy and military muscle to do it. Saving Cuban families on the island from being starved or dying from COVID as the Trump & Biden administrations drastically tightened the already insanely cruel Embargo into a genocidal Blockade gives ultra-powerful China a chance to emerge as the regional and international hero.

    Since January 1 of 1959 -- when the Cuban Revolution shocked the world by chasing the brutally dictatorial U.S.-backed and Mafia-backed Batista leaders to new sanctuaries in Miami and Newark -- only extreme Counter Revolutionary beneficiaries have been allowed to dictate U. S. policies pertaining to the recapture of the Caribbean's largest and most beautiful island. The two U. S. Senators depicted above -- Bob Menendez from Newark/Union City and Marco Rubio from Miami/Little Havana -- have dictated U. S. policies related to Cuba for the PAST FIVE YEARS. In the USA's money-crazed two-party political system, the Republican Rubio dictated blitzing Cuban policies designed to first off continue to greatly empower and enrich Counter Revolutionary Cubans and, secondly, to drastically try to starve Cubans on the island to induce them to overthrow their leaders, which was the purpose of the Embargo when it began way back in 1962. But now during the Biden administration the Democrat Menendez, in 2021, is being allowed to totally dictate the USA's draconian and inhumane Cuban policies.

  Thus, in this first week of August-2021 the headline and photo above was no problem for the U. S. media but it alarmed the international media as well as important Latin American leaders such as Lopez Obrador, the President of Mexico who used a speech streamed live worldwide to emotionally call the U. S. blockade of Cuba during the pandemic to be "incredibly inhumane." For Americans who are programmed not to care about U. S. genocide against Cuban families during the pandemic, what the headline and the photo above means is more U. S. Genocide aimed at Cuban families on the vulnerable island. As Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee in the Senate, the headline reveals this week that Menendez easily rammed through the Senate YET ANOTHER BILL that legalizes more suffering for the drastically dire Cuban families that were already suffering terribly from other legal bills largely orchestrated by the Republican Rubio and the Democrat Menendez. Of course, because Cuba, their tar baby and piggybank, is a foreign nation, you should know that is why Rubio & Menendez ALWAYS make sure they are Chairmen of the Senate's Foreign Relations Committee. Of course, the U. S. media gives Rubio & Menendez convenient passes when it comes to their own very serious and chilling backgrounds that in no way inhibit their safe reelections to continuous 6-year terms in the Senate from, of course, Newark/Union City, and, of course, Miami/Little Havana. And of course, that latest bill depicted above to help Newark Cubans and Miami Cubans, while also greatly adding to the suffering of Cuban families on the island, was sponsored by Menendez and co-sponsored...you guessed it...by Rubio!!!

     Here is what Newsweek today -- Aug. 5-2021 -- wrote about China now confronting the U. S. on the USA's intransigence against Cuba, namely the suffering and worse that the U. S. is invoking toward the island during the deadly pandemic.

     And as above, the Newsweek article today explains correctly that the Biden administration has and is continuing the Trump administration's genocide against Cuba in August of 2021. Mexico, Argentina, and other Latin American nations are alarmed. But, more alarmingly for the U. S., China this week is signaling that it is not only alarmed but is willing to confront the U. S. regarding the USA's inhumane treatment of Cuban families during the pandemic. In other words........

...................will Menendez & Rubio -- the undisputed and unchecked dictators of the USA's Cuban policies -- be allowed to start an economic or military war with China over Cuba? Uh, let' see. China is awash with money, including a trillion dollars that the U. S. admits it owes China. And China has a massive army in numbers but now also is awash in ultra-modern equipment. Could the U. S. win an all-out economic or military war with China? Probably not, but I for one -- with many GREAT-grandkids -- don't want to contemplate it!

      One of the great weaknesses of the mainstream U. S. media...and thus of the U. S. itself...is an overall media that most Americans don't trust, as all polls, including Gallup's recent poll, attest. The truth about the USA's relations with Cuba, for example, is a prime testament to the extreme trustworthiness of the U. S. media. The Cuban narrative in the USA, according to the U. S. media, is solely regulated to extreme and self-serving Cuban-Americans -- like Rubio, Menendez, Salazar, Diaz-Balart, etc., etc. The majority of Cuban-Americans surely don't support genocide against Cuban families in Cuba but, if you depend on the U. S. media, you wouldn't know that. And, for damn sure, the opinions of Cuban mothers on the island are never allowed within the confines of the U. S. media. For example, the photo above shows a Cuban mother in Havana today watching her little daughter being treated at a clinic. In the previous 48 hours the nearly 200 deaths from COVID have included a 3-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl. Yes, great news agencies like London-based Reuters, which has three brilliant and honest journalists reporting regularly from Cuba, and other non-U.S. sources report such things and interview mothers such as Yanet Estevez in Cuba who do, indeed, have opinions about COVID and the blockade. If and when the U. S. media has the guts and the integrity to also concern itself with the opinions of Cubans like Yanet Estevez, the United States and the world will be better places...and, of course, one-year-old girls and 12-year-old girls in Cuba won't keep dying of COVID, a truth that the U. S media will not tell Americans but the same U. S. media will saturate their news about another GENOCIDAL bill that means more GENOCIDE from the U. S. Senate thanks to the unchecked power of the self-serving Bob Menendez and Marco Rubio!!

    When the whole world recognizes that the superpower United States is continuing to impose genocide on Cuban families on the island to appease a handful of Cuban-Americans, as a Democracy-loving American the correct LaTuff comment shown above shames me. And I am astonished it doesn't shame more Americans.

U.S. Media vs. Cuba

Few Americans Trust The U. S. Media!!

      Tonight these were the Top 3 Headlines related to Cuba. As the Gallup Poll recently revealed, few Americans trust the U. S. media and, of course, when it comes to Cuba-related articles no Americans should trust them. So, above, I suggest you can trust the first article because it is by the London-based The Guardian. The middle article is from the Miami Herald, which only publishes anti-Cuban articles as apparently approved by Little Havana counter revolutionaries. And the third article above is by the New York Times, which also only publishes anti-Cuban articles, including Editorials, that are written by or apparently approved by extreme counter revolutionaries. So, if you want only anti-Cuban propaganda then dial up the mainstream U. S. media. But if you want real Cuban news and information, depend on top foreign sources such as London-based The Guardian and Reuters, the world's best News Agency that has three world-class journalists who report from Cuba.

      This is an important Reuters article written from Cuba on August 2-2021 by the superb and trustworthy Sarah Marsh. Thus, you can trust this article and you see with the Headline above the photo of the U. S. flag that still flags over the U. S. embassy in Havana. Of course, as Reuters has told you, the U. S. embassy was opened by Obama, shut by Trump, and kept shut by Biden so its small staff apparently only caters to Cuban dissidents.

    This is from the 8/2/2021 article by Reuters/Sarah Marsh so it can be trusted. It shows that Latin American nations, including powerful and right-wing Brazil as well as Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Honduras -- all of whom bow to U. S. money and power -- signed a U. S. denunciation of Cuba regarding protests in Cuba and Little Havana back on July 11th. Cuba, of course, says the extreme funding by the U. S. backed the protests that remain the latest hope for Little Havana Cubans to finally, after 6+ decades, to topple Havana's revolution. ANYONE who reads the updates regularly published on the CUBA MONEY PROJECT blog by the great and trustworthy Florida professor Tracey Eaton WILL FIND THEM TO BE ASTOUNDING!! It reveals Freedom of Information-provided data confirming the millions of dollars from U. S. records tabulating the unending streams of anti-Cuban dollars routinely doled out by the U. S. to dissidents by agencies such as NED, USAID, etc., etc. And, of course, Trump near the end of his four-year term as President incredibly put in Mauricio Claver-Carone for a five-year term as the President of the powerful International Development Bank in Washington that doles out piles of money to Caribbean & Latin American nations...all of whom know that Mauricio Claver-Carone  is one of the all-time most fanatic counter revolution zealots EVER PRODUCED by South Florida.

      Of course, great news organizations like London-based BBC News and London-based Reuters will inform you that Trump appointed Maricio Claver-Carone to that exalted leadership of the mammoth Washington-based Inter-American Development Bank only because he was and is one of the all-time most zealous Counter Revolutionary Cubans ever produced in Florida!!!

      In the Reuters/Sarah Marsh 8/3/21 article, as you see above, only a major foreign news source would have the integrity and courage to mention this huge fact: "Latin America and the Caribbean, a region which is still scarred by Washington's backing of coups during the Cold War..." Indeed, a great News Agency like Reuters, unlike the U. S. media, is brave enough to report that the U. S. in the 1950s backed brutal regional dictators like Batista in Cuba, Trujillo in the Dominican Republic, and Somozo in Nicaragua so rich U. S. companies could partake in the rape & robbery of those nations, and the U. S. knew that democracies would frown on such wholesale RAPE & ROBBERY by foreign entities. In fact, with no objection from neither the U.S. citizens nor the U. S. media, Nixon and Kissinger supported the gruesome coup in 1973 that killed the Democratically President of Chile, Salvador Allende, so the extremely murderous General Augusto Pinochet could be Chile's murderous but U.S.-FRIENDLY dictator of Chile for 17 BLOODY YEARS. In fact, the coup in Bolivia recently removed a great friend of Cuba's and put in a U.S.-friendly regime...until the Bolivian people overturned that situation, and a few days ago Bolivia sent a planeload of medical supplies to Cuba after the U. S. had blocked Cuba from buying much-needed syringes from a Swiss company that bowed to the U. S. blockade even during the deadly Covid-19 upsurge in Cuba. And in fact, this first week in August-2021 Cuba, and others, have complained that U. S. sanctions and other deeds are trying to finally again overthrow Nicaraguan and Venezuelan governments that are friends of Cuba.

Policy On Cuba." Reuters, of course, can report the truth about Cuba. On the other hand, the U. S. media is obligated to report that Revolutionary Cuba is worst and most brutal regime in history while the nice US-backed Batista dictatorship was the best and kindest government in history...as were all the US-backed dictators such as Trujillo, Somoza, Pinochet, etc., etc.

      In fact, in this first week of August-2021 Cuban mothers on the island believe that the genocidal U. S. Embargo and the propaganda-obsessed U. S. Media are the two most deadly factors that Cubans on the island are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past 24 hours leading up to August 4th Cuba reported 80 new deaths and 9,629 new positive cases.

     The U. S. media will lavishly promote rich and politically powerful Counter Revolutionary U. S. Cubans endlessly. But, of course, the opinions of Cuban mothers on the island who are fighting hard to keep their children alive during the Blockade and the Pandemic are not considered in the USA!!! Also, in the U. S. the opinions of a 30-year-old Director of a key Children's Hospital in Cuba depicted above do not count in the U. S. But as you can see above, the non-USA controlled magazine Alma Mater had its journalist Katie Siberia interview him. Thus we know that he believes the blockade is killing some of the Cuban children that he is passionately TRYING TO SAVE!!!! Mexican President Lopez Obrador, Argentine President Alberto Hernandez, and countless others have used the word "inhumane" to describe the U. S. Embargo/Blockade against masses of innocent Cubans on the island.

      To the decent people who have compassion for the Cuban children on the island whose mothers are trying to keep them alive during the Blockade and the Pandemic, I thank you.

     But a CUBA POLICY in the United States of America that is designed for the political and/or economic benefits for a handful of rich and/or political Cuban-Americans will continue to be inhumane!!

Will Little Havana RE-capture Havana?

 Prediction: Not In 2021!!

     Above you can see the TOP THREE Cuba-related headlines in the U. S. media today -- July 30th, 2021!!! Of course, if you read them you will believe that sometime early next month -- in August, 2021 -- the ultra-rich and ultra-powerful Cubans in Little Havana and in the U. S. Congress will finally Re-capture Havana!!!

         Well, since January of 1959 -- when the Cuban Revolution chased the U.S.-backed and MAFIA-backed Batistianos from Havana to nearby  Miami -- the U. S. media has made the same imminent predictions. And remember, the Gallup Poll correctly revealed last month, correctly, that "most Americans now don't Trust" what they read or see or hear in the U. S. media.

        Take for example the Three Headlines about Cuba shown above that dominate today's top 3 July 30th-2021 Cuban articles in the untrustworthy U. S. media. On the left you see Fox News, which is an extreme right-wing propaganda source; in the center you see CNN, which is an extreme left-wing propaganda source; and on the right above you see the Miami Herald, which is an extreme propaganda pulpit that serves only extreme radical Cubans who have been trying to re-capture Cuba every day since January 1, 1959!! Thus, in the U. S. the gullible people who depend on the U. S. media are only seeking left-wing or right-wing propaganda or extremely radical anti-Cuban propaganda from the likes of the Miami Herald. As I have mentioned correctly in this forum, the last honest and brave U. S. journalist who reported the truth about the fierce Cuban tactics employed by Little Havana since 1959 were reported by Miami's brave and honest journalist Emilio Milian, but Emilio was car-bombed in Miami in 1976 after he loudly denounced things such as the 1976 bombing of the civilian Cubana Flight 455 that was mainly carrying two dozen teenage Cuban athletes who were flying home after winning a Central American championship in Caracas. All the 72 people aboard that flight died in the air or the ocean and Emilio's car-bombing in Miami after he denounced such things seems to affect the propaganda-driven U. S. media to this day, especially in Miami.

          In other words, particularly when it comes to Cuba-related articles like the three depicted above today, I suggest you check them out only if you want more lies about Little Havana and Cuba.

       FOR EXAMPLE, in the U. S. it appears that the U. S. media feels obligated to report anything and everything that extreme Counter Revolutionary Cubans from Miami -- such as Rubio, Salazar, Diaz-Balart, and Jimenez -- say so viciously against Cuba, even when they promote such lies as, "Little Havana has never promoted a cruel Embargo or terrorism against Cuba because we only help the Cubans in Cuba." While reporting such lies, the U. S. media doesn't dare dispute them...nor does the U. S. media dare report people who say the truth. For example, during his long, blitzing speech that Mexican President Lopez Obrador made last week he emotionally and correctly called the Little Havana-USA Embargo-Blockade "inhumane" right after Argentina's President Alberto Fernandez had used the same correct word "inhumane" to describe it. In fact, most Cuban-Americans agree with that depiction but the U. S. media won't report that. For example, Carlos Lazo, a Cuban-American professor in Seattle has, as you see above, ridden his bicycle 3,000 miles from Seattle to Washington to tell Congress and the White House "to end the inhumane Embargo against Cuban families, including the mothers & children, especially during the pandemic that is now killing so many Cubans on the island while a few Cubans in Miami and Congress profit from it or reap revenge from it." The second photo above shows Carlos Lazo when he reached Washington last week after he had walked the 1300 miles from Miami/Little Havana hoping to tell Congress and the White House to "End the inhumane blockade against innocent families in Cuba!" Of course, neither the U. S. media nor the Biden administration in the White House will even listen to a great and sane Cuban-American like Carlos Lazo but they will listen to everything the likes of Rubio, Salazar, Diaz-Balart, Jiminez, etc. say -- which is for the U. S. to pump even more millions of USAID, NED and other tax dollars to overthrow Cuba, and if all those dollars don't make it happen air strikes and other means will be needed!!!

MEANWHILE: More tax dollars flow in an open spigot from Washington to Miami. But to know that, the only way you can know about it is by reading the luminous articles the great journalist Tracey Eaton, and now also a great Journalism Professor in Florida, regularly publishes in his CUBA MONEY PROJECT blog.

          Above you can see a Facebook post on June 21-2021 that the great journalist Tracey Eaton used to mention one of his latest very important articles on his must-read CUBA MONEY PROJECT blog. That is only place you will read about articles explaining how much tax money is spent daily to overthrow Revolutionary Cuba, and he details each amount precisely and often lists who is getting the money. His data is astounding and it is based on Freedom of Information U. S. documents.

       For sure, the only place you can find the astounding and precise U. S. tax dollars that are doled out to anti-Cuban projects are by visiting Tracey Eaton's CUBA MONEY PROJECT blog. Yes, everyone knows Tracey Eaton, the Florida Professor, is a true and totally trustworthy journalist!! Since 2019 Professor Eaton, as shown above, has precisely listed the astounding amount of tax dollars doled out to anti-Cuban projects by educational and humanitarian U. S. agencies such as USAID & NED. The numbers are precise and his articles also include, incredibly, the people and the organizations that GET THE MONEY!!! Every American would be shocked about how much tax money is doled out daily to fund anti-Cuban projects. And in June & July of 2021 the Biden administration has followed the Trump administration's genocide in MAKING SURE those anti-Cuban money spigots are wide open!!!   Meanwhile, the Carlos LaTuff image above reverberates around the world to remind people that the U. S. Embargo, especially during the COVID-19 surge that is killing many Cubans in Cuba each day, is "inhumane" just as Mexican President Lopez Obrador labeled it last weekend.

       And a great Cuban-American named Carlos Lazo has ridden his bicycle 3,000 miles from his hometown Seattle to Washington to tell Congress and President Trump that the EMBARGO  is "inhumane." And last week Carlos Lazo finished his 1300-mile walk from Miami-Little Havana to Washington to tell Congress and President Biden that the EMBARGO-BLOCKADE is "inhumane." Of course, neither Congress nor Trump-Biden will even listen to what decent people like Carlos Lazo say but Congress and Trump-Biden will lap up what Little Havana promoters like Rubio say about the Embargo-Blockade.

      Today -- on July 28, 2021 -- above you can see the three top Cuban-related headlines in the United States from the Washington Post, New York Post, and the Miami Herald. As usual, all headlines are clamoring for the U. S. to finally overthrow the Cuban Revolution that on Jan. 1-1959 overthrew the U.S.-backed and Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship. From that day to this day, almost without fail, the U. S. government and the U. S. media has refused to mention the Mafia as the USA's partner in the wholesale rape & robbery of the Caribbean's largest and most beautiful island during Batista's brutal & thieving rule from 1952 till Jan. 1-1959.

      This photo was taken today -- July 28, 2021 -- and shows renowned doctor Francisco Duran telling Cubans the latest daily statistics from COVID-19's deadly rampage on the island -- 9,323 new positive cases and 68 deaths in the past 24 hours. S., only great and brave non-USA media dare report the truth about U.S.-Cuban relations. London-based Reuters, the world's best news agency, is independent enough and brave enough to tell the truth, and Reuters has three of the world's very best journalists reporting from Cuba itself. So please read the July 28th article depicted above. Unlike the scared or bought-off U. S. media, Reuters can report that world leaders such as Alberto Fernandez, the President of Argentina; Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, the President of Mexico; etc.; call the U. S. Blockade of Cuba, especially during the pandemic, to be "inhumane" and they are vowing to help devastated Cuban families on the island survive it.

      While Reuters is an independent news agency based in London, it can report truthfully when world leaders like the Mexican President Lopez Obrador correctly call the USA-Little Havana 6-decade-old Blockade, especially during the pandemic, to be "inhumane." Meanwhile, it seems the U. S. media is obligated to only report on what extreme Little Havana/Miami members of Congress -- Rubio, Salazar, Jimenez, Diaz-Balart, etc. -- say about the impending overthrow of Cuba...and perhaps the most unchecked and the most disturbing lie the Little Havana-Miami Cubans say via the U. S. media is that there is NO BLOCKADE on Cuba and all we ARE TRYING TO HELP CUBAN FAMILES...YOU KNOW BY STARVING, DEPRIVING, AND MAKING THEM MISERABLE!!

      During the Trump presidency, a high-powered rifleman fired a fierce barrage of bullets at and inside the Cuban embassy in Washington while 12 Cuban diplomats were inside. This week during the Biden presidency -- on January 27th, 2021 -- three firebomb cocktails fired-up the Cuban embassy in Paris, France. Of course, Miami-born Little Havana Counter Revolutionary Cuban Maria Salazar blames everything on Cuba and always implies that the Batistianos in Cuba from 1952 till 1959 and the Batistianos in Miami from 1959 till 2021 are ANGELS!!!

     Miami-born Maria Salazar is the latest Little Havana Counter Revolutionary to join the long line of Little Havana Counter Revolutionaries to reach the U. S. Yes, Maria Salazar has told her national TV audiences: "There is no Embargo of Cuba."

While the U. S. media saturates its print and television outlets with the comments about Cuba only from Little Havana-like Cubans such as Miami-born members of Congress such as Maria Salazar and Marco Rubio, more honest independent media are able to tell the truth. The photo above opened a Reuters article in which the President of Mexico yesterday scathingly denounced the U. S. blockade of Cuba as "inhumane" -- the same blockade that Little Havana and the U. S. media claim doesn't exist!!

      This is yesterday's article that the London-based Reuters sent around the world about Mexican President Lopez-Obrador reminding the world that the U. S. Embargo against Cuba is  "inhumane" -- especially during the pandemic. Yesterday -- July 27th -- and today -- July 28th -- the President of Mexico and the Mexican people sent shipments of medical supplies to the Cuban families on the island. Meanwhile, in the U. S. media, Little Havana Cubans are telling Americans there is no Embargo and that THEY are helping Cuban families during the pandemic.

     Despite the terrible toll that the Blockade and COVID-19 are taking now on Cuban families, this precious little girl was on the beach outside Havana today. Her mother Enid Remis posted the photos on Facebook and said, "My little girl just needed to get out of the house so she could see and smell the sea again."

        While the U. S. media saturates the airways with Cubans who claim there is no Embargo and that they are trying to help Cuban families, the U. S. media should ask Cuban mothers like Enid Remis about the U. S. Blockade amid COVID-19!!!
