US Media Promotes Starvation of Cuba

And Three Generations of Cubans Are Tired Of It!!

Three generations of Cubans more-and-more blame the U. S. media as a prime promoter of the gruesome U.S. Embargo that since 1962 has legalized the Superpower's desire to "starve, deprive, and make miserable" Cubans in Cuba to persuade them to rise up and overthrow their Revolutionary government. Repeatedly on both Social Media and on Cuba's News Media most of the deprived, starving, and miserable Cubans are increasingly tired of the U. S. starvation-tactics of the Embargo and blame the mainstream U. S. media for lying to promote the continuation of the genocidal actions of the U. S. government. Now the top U. S. pollsters, including Gallup, agree with everyday Cubans regarding the descent into propaganda by the mainstream U. S. media.
As you can see above, the Gallup survey reveals that just "One in six Americans trust newspapers and only one out of ten trust TV, a new Gallup survey shows. Just 16% of US adults now say they have 'a great deal' or 'quite a lot' of confidence in newspapers and 11% in television news. Both readings are down five percentage points since last year." So...those dreadful statistics are getting worse and they already shame the world's richest & strongest Democracy...just as most of the world believes that the U. S. Embargo of Cuba for the past six+ decades shames the United States overall. Daily now, on Social Media and on Cuban News outlets, everyday Cubans indeed are openly blaming the mainstream U. S. media, and not JUST the Miami media, for what they believe is over six decades of genocide from the superpower United States against Cuban families on the vulnerable nearby island nation.
Today now into the second week of September in 2023 these U. S. Cuban headlines saturate the U. S. Media with anti-Cuban rhetoric, including CBS Miami mocking Cubans in Cuba as the U. S. continues to expand the six-decade-old Embargo of Cuba, now by cutting off the last few "education-only" flights from the U. S. to the nearby island.
Meanwhile in Cuba, Cubans that don't trust the U. S. media do tend to trust their own Periodistas, which is the Spanish word for "Journalists."
Today -- starting the second week of September of 2023 -- the images above are from a nationwide TV News program in Cuba. It reminds Cubans that the United States is the only nation in the world that approves the U. S. Embargo/Blockade that has roiled their lives for over six decades, since February of 1962. Above, for example, the Cuban broadcast today reports on an important delegation from Japan that arrived in Havana to sign agreements designed to help Cuba survive the endless U. S. economic assaults against the island. Cubans were told that Japan is a prime Democracy, a key U. S. military and economic/trade ally, and is also the third richest nation in the world behind only the U. S. and China, and that Japan strongly supports the Cuban people instead of the U. S. blockade.
Cuban journalists are ubiquitous in Cuba.
The Cuban Media promotes that most Cubans, most Americans, and most people around the world support ending the endless U. S. Embargo/Blockade of Cuba, while the United States Media promotes continuing it. Thus it will continue, because the United States Media has much more money and much more influence than the Cuban Media.
