Cubans Starving as U. S. Media Rejoices!!!

 USA's STARVATION-EMBARGO TIGHTENS!!

Three Generations of Cuban Children Are Victims!!

Since January of 1959, when the Cuban Revolution chased the U.S.-backed Batista/Mafia dictatorship out of Havana, all the way to nearby Little Havana in Miami, the mainstream U. S. media has repeatedly informed the American people how wonderful Little Havana Cubans are and how terrible Havana Cubans are. In other words, since 1959 Americans have been programmed to ignore images such as the ones shown above while also condoning how rich that the politically powerful Cubans in Little Havana have become.
Since 1959 the mainstream U. S. media in Miami, Washington, New York, California, etc., has invariably had high-profile journalists who regularly and routinely produce glowing tributes about Little Havana while mercilessly damning Havana. A prime example is Nora Gamez Torres, the longtime "Cuban" expert at the Miami Herald.
In AUGUST of 2023 the headline and article by the Miami Herald's Nora Gamez Torres rejoices how the six-decade-old U. S. Embargo/Blockade is continuing to do its job, which is to starve, deprive, and make miserable Cubans in Cuba to induce them to rise up and overthrow their revolutionary government. After six+ decades, it hasn't happened yet but obviously Little Havana Cubans are convinced it will happen any day now!!
In these early days of AUGUST-2023, as you can see above, Nora Gamez Torres seems to be rejoicing as she "reports" from Miami/Little Havana that in Havana "the medium state salary is now worth about $16 dollars {a month}". Instead of rejoicing about those Miami Herald numbers, perhaps one day Nora Gamez Torres might write about how another generation of Cuban children in Cuba are coping in August of 2023 while their parents are trying to raise them on "16 dollars a month."
As long as Miami-affiliated journalists such as Nora Gamez Torres remain the typical reporters reporting about US-Cuba Relations, the US Embargo/Blockade of Cuba might well last another six-decades-or so...unless, of course, it finally starves Cubans in Cuba into submission before then.
