U. S. President Joe Biden has finally started to turn back some of President Donald Trump's draconian Cuban policies.
Today -- Tuesday, May 17, 2022 -- Reuters, the great News Agency based in London that has a strong bureau in Havana, reports that Cubans are "cheering" Biden's moves.
As usual, as above Reuters produced the best international coverage of President Biden's easing of some of the Trump-era Cuban policies that strengthened the U. S.
