Clock is Ticking on Cuba's Revolution

 The Countdown Started July 11th, 2021!!

     The headline and the image above was from Little Havana on Sunday, July 11th, 2021!! For the first time since 1959 I predict that July 11th-2021 will register in the annals of the history of U.S.-Cuban relations as the start of the demise of the pugnacious Cuban Revolution. On July 11th-2021 obviously well organized and apparently well-funded anti-Cuban demonstrations saturated the island...from Havana in the Western tip to Santiago de Cuba in the Eastern tip. And, of course, the coordination with those demonstrations in Cuba was the one depicted above that occurred in Little Havana in the heart of Miami.

     The out-of-touch mainstream U. S. media on Sunday didn't comprehend the significance of the demonstrations in Cuba and Little Havana but the vast and well-funded Counter Revolutionary blogs and newspapers surely did...including Havana's powerful dissident Yoani Sanchez who spent Sunday streaming the demonstrations "live" on her multiple forums.

     Cuba's President Miguel Diaz-Canel quickly realized that the coordinated demonstrations in Cuban cities, in Little Havana/Miami, and even Madrid meant a dire threat to Revolutionary Cuba. So President Diaz-Canel went to the streets {above} to talk with Cuban citizens and to lead his own demonstration.

     But to declare war on behalf of the Cuban Revolution, President Miguel Diaz-Canel went on the nationwide Cuban television stations to explain his decision to the Cuban people.

"The order to fight is given, the revolutionaries to the streets."

     Back in April of 1961 the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, went to the frontlines and won his fight against Little Havana and the United States at the Bay of Pigs. But this time I believe that the current leader of the Cuban Revolution, Miguel Diaz-Canel, will lose his fight against Little Havana and the United States. I believe that the Little Havana leaders in the U. S. Congress and in the Biden White House know that, and I believe that Diaz-Canel knows that too. You see, this time the odds are stacked too high against David when Goliath is blessed with decades of pent-up desire backed by incomparable financial and military power. An island nation with 11 million people against the world's Superpower that has 340 million people has been fated to finally one-day lose its biggest fight. And the clock, at long last, began ticking on Revolutionary Cuba on July 11, 2021!!

Do Cubans in Cuba Have a Right to Live?

 World's Best Rights Group Asks?

     Founded in London in 1942, Oxfam is now headquartered in major cities and its prime purpose is to monitor the welfare of poor people around the world, especially children and women. In July of 2021 Oxfam is direly concerned about what it deems to be genocide against masses of Cubans on the island that was particularly mandated by the Trump administration in Washington and now is being perpetrated by the Biden administration in Washington. And YES, it is now Oxfam, with its powerful international forums that includes hundreds of other human rights organizations, that is asking the world: "In the expansion of the U. S. Embargo/Blockade against the island nation of Cuba, do Cubans in Cuba have the right to live?" Of Course, based on the June 23rd-2021 United Nations vote that loudly denounced the Embargo/Blockade of Cuba, it seems that 340 million cowardly and propagandized Americans are the only people in the world who support what most people believe is now severe United States-induced genocide aimed at the masses of Cubans on the island.

      Obviously, Oxfam offices around the world -- especially the one in Washington, D. C. -- are alarmed that, apparently, the Trump-Biden administrations in Washington have taken advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic to further tighten the Embargo against Cuba. While Cuba has produced two very promising vaccines to combat the deadly virus, the island needed 30,000 syringes as it began to vaccinate its 11.2 million citizens. Cuba was purchasing the syringes from a company in Switzerland...till the United States used its worldwide economic might to force the Swiss company from selling the syringes to Cuba. Of course, the plethora of well-funded anti-Cuba media propaganda outlets such as Miami's Radio-TV Marti, which has been lavishly supported by vast amounts of tax dollars for the last three decades, lavishly rejoice at such genocide against Cubans on the island. But also do mainstream propaganda outlets such as the Miami Herald, Washington Post, etc., etc. There, of course, was a time in U. S. history when such a propagandized media was unheard of!!!

     Other nations and other companies in the world not dictated to by the United States have tried to help Cubans get the Swiss syringes that the U. S. blocked from reaching the Caribbean island. As you see above, the answer to the question "Why is Cuba short of Syringes?" is answered by starting with these six words: "The U. S. Blockade of Cuba..." Of course, 340 million Americans are programmed to support or at least tolerate such genocide against 11 million Cubans on the island to appease and benefit a few rich and powerful Cuban-Americans in Little Havana/Miami, Newark, the U. S. Congress, and now in the Biden White House!!!!

How US Cuba Policy Shames Democracy

 Only Self-serving Benefactors Can Apply!!

     This article penned by a long-time journalist, Karen DeYoung, is one of the fairest Cuban reports in the Washington Post since it has been owned by Jeff Bezos, the richest man in the world whose stepfather is Cuban-born Miguel Bezos. Jeff Bezos has routinely allowed Counter Revolutionaries to write articles/editorials about Cuba. But the points above by Karen DeYoung are legitimate, such as her understanding that Senator Bob Menendez, a Democrat from Union City/Newark, now dictates the Biden administration's Cuban policy just as Senator Marco Rubio from Little Havana/Miami dictated the extremely genocidal Cuban policies during the Trump administration. There are 535 members of the U. S. Congress and there are about 340 million people in the United States; to allow a few self-serving and vicious individuals to dictate Cuban policies that many people worldwide consider genocidal against masses of everyday Cubans is not a nice example of what the U. S. democracy was meant to stand for.

     Of course, to dictate Cuban policy both of America's Counter Revolutionary Senators Menendez and Rubio always try to make sure that they are Chairmen of the Senate's Foreign Affairs Committee, the best way to dictate Cuban policies.

      Of course, as long as Menendez & Rubio are from Union City/Newark and Little Havana/Miami, they can remain as powers in the U. S. Senate forever. Senator Bob Menendez, of course, easily won his last 6-year term in the Senate right after a Hung Jury's decision freed him from a very serious and expensive federal trial that had charged him with multiple corruption accusations.

      Of course, the U. S. Justice Department...after the Hung Jury verdict...decided to "Retry" Senator Menendez again because its charges were serious. But later...the Justice Department decided that it would not retry him because it was supposed that, in another trial judged by his peers, they would again face a Hung Jury and they had already squandered buckets of tax-dollars and much time leading up to the first Trial.

        And so, two U. S. Senators -- Bob Menendez and Marco Rubio, one a Democrat and the other a Republican -- have dictated the Republican Trump administration's Cuban policies and now dictate the Democratic Biden administration's Cuban policies. Perhaps it should be mentioned, in addition to Menendez's Justice Department trouble, that a renowned and respected journalist in Washington -- Ken Silverstein -- penned a massively long, scathing, and detailed bio-article about Rubio.

   As a renowned investigative journalist for his heralded efforts at the Associated Press, the Los Angeles Times, Harper's Magazine, etc., Ken Silverstein is one of America's best journalists. His detailed article about Marco Rubio included an incredible array of names, places, and incidents that resulted in Ken Silverstein concluding that: "When it comes to sheer brazen corruption, chicanery, and dishonesty there is one candidate who stands head and shoulders above everyone else and that is...Senator Marco Rubio." Senator Rubio is "heads and shoulders above everyone else in Washington when it comes to corruption and  chicanery." Wow!! Considering Washington's well-known and well-earned reputation for corruption, chicanery, and dishonesty, I think you will agree that Ken Silverstein's must-read article about Senator Marco Rubio is rather important, considering that in the USA's two-party political system that the Democrat Bob Menendez dictates President Biden's Cuban policies while the Republican Marco Rubio dictated President Trump's Cuban policies!!

   "Mr. Rubio's public image -- the child of poor Cuban immigrants fleeing the repression of Castro's Cuba who pulled himself up by his bootstraps and even now is a simple Jose Sixpack and family man -- is less tethered to reality than the The Wizard of Oz."

    The words of Ken Silverstein shown above are reminders that just about everything Americans have been told about U.S.-Cuban relations are "less tethered to reality than The Wizard of Oz." Of course, since 1959 Little Havana arose in Miami on the heels of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in Havana, the real "reality" of U.S.-Cuban relations would not have permitted a select group of Cuban exiles to become millionaires and billionaires at the expense of U. S. taxpayers and, especially, at the expense of the U. S. democracy.

     For example, if Americans were told the truth about the USA's relations with Cuba, SURELY Americans would not be programmed to not be unashamed of the whole world's definitive image of U.S.-Cuban relations, the image depicted above. But, as explained above by the great journalist Ken Silverstein, Americans being told to not to be ashamed of the image above "is less tethered to reality than the Wizard of Oz."

    For sure, geography unfortunately made Cuba the backdoor neighbor of the superpower United States. It is also the largest and most beautiful island nation in the strategically vital Caribbean. Left to its own devices, Cuba would likely be the richest nation in the region but the extreme greed of imperialist Spain for centuries and the extreme greed of the United States since the Spanish-American War in 1898 has left Cuba struggling to survive. That struggle continues into July of 2021 as the transition of the Republican Trump presidency to the Democratic Biden presidency has not...and will not...lessen the USA's greed to dominate the Caribbean's largest and most beautiful island nation. That is because...there are simply too many people -- especially in Little Havana, Newark, and Washington -- who continue to gain too much money and too much power from the Cuban policy that the U. S. has employed for over six decades -- since 1959 when Little Havana evolved on U. S. soil. INCREDIBLY, since 1959 Little Havana has not recaptured Havana but, also INCREDIBLY, it has seemingly captured Washington.

July 4th-2021 Brings Cuba Terror

 COVID, a Hurricane, and a Blockade!!

       On the afternoon of July 4th-2021 the mainstream U. S media rejoices in promoting anti-Cuban propaganda while real non-U.S. media headline truths regarding the island of Cuba...such as this July 4th headline today by London's The Guardian about a deadly storm beginning to assault Cuba. In the U. S., the multiple threats -- of a deadly storm, the deadly COVID pandemic, and the deadly U. S. Blockade against Cuba -- are celebrated along with the Independence Day celebrations.

    Meanwhile, on July 4th-2021 one of America's remaining true journalists, Tracey Eaton, had a true article related to a Cuban movement taking place now in the United States. Tracey Eaton, now a beloved Journalism Professor in Florida, on July 4th-2021 penned a extremely long and important article, including ten photos, about a Cuban-American professor named Carlos Lazo who is leading a passionate movement in the U. S. to ban the USA's Little Havana-inspired genocidal Blockade against innocent and vulnerable Cuban families in Cuba.

     A professor in Seattle, Carlos Lazo has ridden his bicycle, followed by some of his students, the 3,000+ miles from Seattle to Washington-D.C. to beg the U. S. Congress and the White House to end the Blockade against Cuban families in Cuba. On July 4th-2021 he is now in the early stages of walking, with his followers, from Miami to Washington to tell Congress and the White House to end the Blockade against Cuban families in Cuba: "CUBA IS OUR NEIGHBOR; END THE BLOCKADE NOW."

     The BRIDGES of LOVE movement in the U. S. being led by Carlos Lazo is particularly alarmed that the Biden administration is continuing the extremely genocidal Cuban policies imposed by the Trump administration.

   In America's two-party political system, when the Democrat Biden continues the genocide imposed by the Republican Trump administration against Cuban families, decent Americans and Cuban-Americans -- such as Carlos Lazo -- are ashamed of the unchecked U. S. democracy.

     For sure, Carlos Lazo believes that the majority of Cuban-Americans agree with his views about the genocide aimed at Cuban families from the United States. But the decent Carlos Lazo also believes that the biggest weakness of the U. S. democracy is its incompetent, intimidated, and/or propagandized mainstream media.

 The Lucrative Anti-Cuba Cottage Industry Thrives!!

     A Chilean, Jose Miguel Vivanco is the Executive Director of the Americas Division of the Human Rights Watch. On June 30-2021 he ended the month with an extremely long assault singling out Cuba for its human rights violations. It began this way:

        This is a follow-up to the Trump & Biden administrations keeping Cuba on the USA's List of Terrorist Nations, which enables the vast and lucrative USA Anti-Cuban COTTAGE INDUSTRY to vastly increase its economic and political rewards from the USA's Cuban policies, which the rest of the world considers a genocidal assault on the lives and human rights of Cuban families on the island. Of course, the incompetent, intimidated or propagandized U. S. media makes sure to ignore the opinions of the actual Cuban families on the island. But one family on the island -- featuring Mr. & Mrs. Miguel Diaz-Canel -- has pertinent opinions about the perpetrators or protectors of Humana Derechos {Human Rights} in Cuba.

  The First Lady and President of Cuba are Lis Cuesta and Miguel Diaz-Canel. Both are very concerned about Human Rights on the island. Both have children on the island and both have opinions about Human RIGHTS!! For example, Lis has this opinion: "Like most mothers in Cuba, we have lived all our lives, for six decades, trying to protect our children from the genocide that a few rich Cuban-Americans and the U. S. government have imposed and is imposing on our children. As long as the cruelty and greed continues to exist from the strongest and richest nation in the world, it will always be the task of Cuban mothers on the island to protect our children from unchecked criminals in the neighboring United States." And Miguel said: "As the President of Cuba, it is my job to protect the people on this island, most especially our children, from the people in the United States who are allowed to profit on the genocide that targets the masses of Cuban citizens who happen not to live in Miami, Newark, and Washington. We endure drastic Hurricanes, Pandemics, and other atrocious things but the most consistent and the most nefarious thing we must endure is the criminal blockade that the superpower surrounds us with. In 1959, before I myself was born in 1960, some dedicated rebels chased the Mafia and Americans off the island...but only as far as Miami. Since then it has been the job of other rebels to deal with such exile criminals."

   This photo shows Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel mingling typically with Cubans on the streets, at meetings, and in classrooms, which he does regularly. Before becoming Cuba's President he was the island's very popular Education Minister. As Cuba's President, Diaz-Canel is also very popular with most everyday Cubans. People who visit the island or live on the island know that but Americans, of course, are told differently because such facts would not align with the vast and lucrative Anti-Cuba Cottage Industry in the United States.

      With Cubans in Cuba surprised and dismayed that the Biden administration has continued the Trump administration's genocide against Cuban families on the island, this is a new billboard erected in Cuba. It begs for "The End of the Blockade."

     Now into the month of July-2021, Cuban families on the island --  perhaps more than ever -- lament the geographical and historical fact that their vulnerable and coveted island nation is a mere 90 miles across the Florida Straits from Miami, Florida, which is home to Little Havana!!
