Without BLAMING the U. S. BLOCKADE

Since 1959 when the Cuban Revolution booted Batista, the Mafia, and U. S. businessmen off the island, nearby Miami/Little Havana has grown ultra-rich and politically powerful...but its prime mission, which is to overthrow the Havana-based Cuban Revolution, remains only a powerful work in progress as JULY turns into AUGUST in the Year of 2023.
Reflecting Miami's unending obsession with overthrowing Havana, CBS News in Miami heralded the arrival of August of 2023 with this massive update on why Cuba's lack of tourists shows that the Miami-beloved six-decade-old U. S. Embargo/Blockade of Cuba is still working wonderfully well.
Of course, at the start of August of 2023 CBS News in Miami blames Cuba's lack of tourism on a host of factors, but of course never blames the U. S. EMBARGO/BLOCKADE that has existed as a starvation tactic since February of 1962. Of course, other tourist destinations surrounding Cuba -- such as Southern Florida, the Bahamas, etc. -- wildly thrive on tourism because ONLY CUBA has faced a devastating economic blocade powerfully executed by its northern neighbor, which happens to be the richest and strongest nation in the entire world.

At the start of August in 2023 this photo of Havana was used by CBS News of Miami but, of course, the Miami/Little Havana media never reports on the harm that generations of Cubans in Cuba have suffered from the Miami/Little Havana/USA Embargo since 1962, and that unending situation now begins its turmoil in AUGUST in 2023.
Just a few miles south of Florida, Cuba has the best beaches in the world as voted in some polls by TripAdvisor and other international Tourist Sites. But since 1962 the U. S. EMBARGO OF CUBA has tried to block the economic impact that unblocked tourism would have had on Cuba in the last six+ decades.
