What Would Fidel Castro Say About Cuba Today?

Today is December 7th in 2024. The photo and caption above shows Fidel Castro and what he was thinking back on December 7th in 1976. Each day in 2024, on social media forums, it seems that a lot of Cubans are still asking, "What would Fidel be thinking today now in this 65th year of his victorious Cuban Revolution? Well, it probably would still be...the U. S. Blockade.
The United States calls it an "EMBARGO" while Cuba calls it a "Blockade." But whatever it is called, it has existed for over six decades -- since 1962 -- and many in Cuba call it "genocidio" and many people around the world use their own word for "genocide."
If he was still alive on December 7th in 2024, I think Fidel Castro would mostly be thinking about the 62-year-old U. S. "Economic Blockade of Cuba."
On January 1st in 1959 Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution triumphed over the US-backed/Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship. Come Hell and High water --- and there has been a lot of both in Revolutionary Cuba since 1959 -- that is particularly true in this very dreadful year of 2024, which happens to be the 65th Anniversary of Fidel Castro's victoriious Cuban Revolultion. In 2024 headlines have told the world about the  Cuban people facing constant hardships such as nation-wide power blackouts, shortages of food, shortages of medicine, etc., etc. Cuba says the EMBARGO/Blockade is the cause; the United States says that Cuba's Revolutionary rulers are at fault. And on December 7th in 2024 that is where the hardships on the island remain.
At age 90 in 2016 in Havana, Fidel Castro died.
Many Cubans think he is still looking out over his island.
For sure, however, Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution has incredibly survived deep into its 65th {and mostly its last full year} anniversary of the heralded victory in 1959.
With Cuba's capital citiy of Havana just a few miles south of Key West, Florida, the Caribbean's  largest and most beautiful island will also always have the United States as its very close northern-most neighbor. That, of course, should be a good thing. But, of course, both historic and current facts say that is simply not so.
While Cuba's future is unknown, its location stays the same.

NBC News Cares About Starving Cubans in Cuba

As November turns into December in 2024, a top news source in the United States, NBC News, seems concerned about the drastic conditions facing Cuban families on the island as shown above by the headlines and articles from NBC News. Those conditions, of course, include island-wide power blackouts, food and medicine shortages, etc. As shown above, even the USA's NBC News is worried about it.
Cuban's on the island such as Zaily Perez are working tirelessly on the island to help fellow Cuban families. But her efforts face powerful obstacles.
Cuba being so close to Miami-USA is one key problem.
So is the U. S. EMBARGO of Cuba that has existed since 1962.
A street in Revolutionary Cuba today.
Worldwide Human Rights groups like Oxfam say:
"Cuba has a right to live WITHOUT  A Blockade."
A Caribbean sunset in Revolutionary Cuba today.
The Cuban Revolution has survived for 65 years, since 1959!!
Even with this U. S. view of Cuba since 1959??
The Cuban Revolution even survived Fidel Castro's death.
But what happens when the Cuban Revolution FINALLY ends???
This headline means the Cuban Revolution will end in 2025 because starting on January 20th Little Havana's Marco Ribio will be the new Secretary of State in the new Trump presidential administration in the nearby United States.
Yes, LOVELY...at least for Little Havana's Marco Rubio.
But PLEASE: Let Cuba Live!

Can President Diaz-Canel Survive January of 2025?

This is an updated photo of Cuba's President Miguel Diaz-Canel proudly holding the Cuban flag. He has been Cuba's President since 2018 and before that he was the island's very popular Minister of Education. He was born after the victory by Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution shocked the world on the first day of 1959 by overthrowing the U.S.-backed/Mafia-backed dictator Fulgencio Batista. In his two decades as Cuba's Education Minister and President, Miguel Diaz-Canel has been fiercely loyal to both the Revolution and to Fidel Castro's legacy. But finally, now in the 65th year of Revolutionary Cuba's reign, the solemn expression on President Diaz-Canel's face shown above on November 28th in 2024 seems to reveal that he knows that 2025 will see the end of his leadership and the end of the Cuban Revolution. Today's Cuban Headlines shown below are precursors foreshadowing the end that Cuba is facing.
Coupled with internal mistakes that Revolutionary Cuba has made since 1959, the drastic U. S. economic Blockade/Embargo that has existed since 1962 has finally and totally devastated the island, making it impossible for Cuba to defend its people from disasters such as the Hurricanes and Earthquakes that have hit the island even in this month of November in 2024. But, as the headlines above reveal, any and all top experts on Cuba fully realize that the November 5th presidential election in the U. S. doomed the vulnerable island's revolutionary rule. That's because starting on January 20th in 2025 Donald Trump will return for his second 4-year term as the President of the United States. He has named Marco Rubio, the most powerful counter revolutionary Cuban-American from Little Havana in Miami, to be his next Secretary of State, which means Rubio will have the power to finally end the Cuban Revolution.
As you can see above, Cuba's President Miguel Diaz-Canel bravely postures that the USA's new election of President Trump "does not mean that Cuba fears its northern neighbor more. The country is ready. We will continue on..." The article above about President Diaz-Canel's reaction to this month's re-election of President Trump is from the London-based news giant Reuters, the world's best source for news from inside Cuba.
If Cuba shocked the world by defeating the US/Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship in 1959, it is much more shocking that Revolutionary Cuba has survived for 65 years.
During his first 4-year term as U. S. President Donald Trump severely tightened the U. S. Blockade/Embargo by putting Cuba on the "State Sponsors of Terror List." When Joe Biden was elected U. S. President in 2020, after beating Trump, most experts believed Biden would remove Cuba from that totally devastating Terror List. But Biden has not done so and this month in November of 2024 Trump has resoundingly been reelected President of the U. S. to succeed Biden on January 20th, 2025. Soon after Trump returns as U. S. President it will spell the end of Revolutionary rule in Cuba.
In November of 2024 President-elect Donald Trump has named Marco Rubio as the upcoming U. S. Secretary of State. That will give Rubio, starting on January 20th in 2025, the wherewithal to end the Cuban Revolution's rule in Cuba that has existed since 1959. Since 2011 in the U. S. Senate Rubio has been the most powerful counter revolutionary Cuban-American in the United States. As shown above, Rubio is the most powerful leader in Miami's Little Havana section that has tried mightily to overthrow the Cuban Revolution since 1959. Now Rubio in 2025 will lead the Little Havana generation that will finally be able to accomplish that, using the incomparable power of the United States.
Prior to the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959, the United States loved having ultra-rich U. S. companies making ultra-money in Batista's Cuba. Whatever government that evolves in Cuba in 2025 will be greeted with a nice handshake from Uncle Sam -- meaning from the ultra-powerful United States.
In 2025 "Cuba in Miami" will become "Miami in Cuba."
But history will still say that the Cuban Revolution lasted 65 Years.

Will Marco Rubio be Revolutionarry Cuba's last and "worst" nightmare?

Rubio will be the next U. S. Secretary of State!

Starting in January He will be able to dictate US Cuban Policy!!

Today is November 25th in 2024 and in Cuba above is an image of Fidel Castro ubiquitously posted today on social media with the caption "Fidel For Always."
But Fidel Castro died peacefully at age 90 in Havana in 2016.
This photo was taken today -- November 25th in 2024 -- and it shows Fidel Castro's tomb in Santiago de Cuba on the island's far eastern end some 500 miles from Havana. Many Cubans cherish this image but most of them now believe, with President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio in charge of US's Cuban policy starting on January 20th in 2025 that this sacred remembrance of Fidel Castro, Cuba's greatest revolutionary icon, will cease to exist. Below I will discuss Cuba's future in 2025.

Since 2011 Marco Rubio has been a powerful U. S. Senator from Little Havana in Miami, Florica. He has, of course, always been a powerful force fighting for a fiercely hard U. S. policy against Revolutiony Cuba, which defeated the US-backed and Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship back on January 1st, 1959. Beginning on January 20th in 2025 Donald Trump will begin his second 4-year term as President of the United States. Trump has chosen Cuban-American/Little Havana-hero Marco Rubio as his most important cabinet member and Rubio will easily be approved by the 100-member U. S. Senate. Many US and international news organization are now calling Rubio "Cuba's worst nightmare." And, for sure, Cuba cannot survive this worst and last nightmare.
In his first 4-year term as the U. S. President, Donald Trump signed legislature that put Cuba on the U. S. list as a Sponsor of Terror. It drastically exacerbated the already drastic U. S. Embargo that began in 1962 and was designed to starve, deprive, and make miserable the Cuban people to induce them to rise up and overthrow their Revolutionary government. By 2024, and with the tightened U. S. Embargo, Cubans were indeed suffering drastically from shoirtages of food, shortages of medicine, and continuous power blackouts that blanketed the entire island for days at a time, etc. As you can see above, when President Trump signed the law on January 12th in 2021 that put Cuba on the Terror List, the man standing in the center of the photo peering down at the signing was Little Havana's Marco Rubio, along with other Little Havana political powers in Miami. Also, remember that President Trump signed the law that put Cuba on the Terror List on January 12th of 2021, which was a few days before his term as President ended. And then on January 20th of 2021 Trump was replaced by President Joe Biden.
In 2024, as it has done for decades, the whole world -- except for the U. S. and Israel -- voted in the UN to end the six-decade-old EMBARGO. And much of the world thought that, at least, when Republican U. S. President Donald Trump was replaced by Democrat Joe Biden in 2021 as President of the United States, the belief was that President Biden would quickly remove Cuba from the Terror List. But with just days left in his 4-year term as President, Biden has left Cuba on the Terror List.
Almost every nation in the world and almost every Human Right organization in the world decries "The Human Cost of Cuba's Inclusion on the State Sponsor of Terrorism List." Yet, Cubans on the island try to live with the sheer reality of it.
For sure, Little Havana's and Miami's Cuban-Americans in the U. S. Congress such as Marco Rubio and Maria Salazar want the Embargo and other Counter Revolutionary U. S. sanctions not only continued but also strengthened. Finally, it seems that in 2025 that Little Havana USA in Miami will thus finally replace Havana in Cuba as the leader of the Caribbean's largest and most famous island-nation.
This photo and caption from CNN News explains why Revolutionary Cuba will finally be ended in 2025. Miami/Little Havana's Marco Rubio now will soon be in charge of that drastic transition and the incomparable powers of the United States will be at his fingertips to make it happen. Having both the will and the means to end the Cuban Revolutlion is finally in the hands of Miami's powerful Little Havana Cubans.
Today -- on November 25th in 2024 -- Cubans in Havana posted the above two photos on social media platforms of their two greatest revolutionary heroes -- Fidel Castro and Jose Marti. You see, Cubans in Havana realize now that, AFTER 65 YEARS, the Cuban Revolution will finally end in 2025.
"Siempre" = Always. Well, almost.
