Will the Cuban Revolution FINALLY End??

    For sure, US-Cuba Relations have been contentious almost since both territories were discovered by Columbus in 1492. But at the beginning of 2026 that is particularly true!! Is the Trump/Rubio-led U. S. ready to end the Cuban Revolution?

At the start of 2026 above are top US-Cuba Headlines.

    Cuba's longtime Foreign Minister and a top expert on US-Cuba Relations Bruno Rodriguez says, "The U. S. is saying that Fidel Castro's 1959 Cuban Revolution will finally end early in 2026. I predict the U. S. will be wrong...again." 

    For sure, the worldwide superpower U. S. appears determined to end the Cuban Revolution early in 2026, perhaps starting with using the USA's incomparable military power to create a regime change in Venezuela, a key Cuban ally.

       Note the very pertinent sentence to start the middle paragraph above: "They are part of the clear objective of destroying the Cuban Revolution." 

     Today is January 1st, 2026 and most Cubans on the island today still believe it is Fidel Castro's Cuba. It was on January 1st in 1959 that Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution chased US/Mafia-backed dictator Fulgencio Batista off the island. Fidel Castro was born in 1926 so Cubans, as shown above, are celebrating the 100th year since his birth in Biran, Cuba. Fidel Castro died at age 90 in 2016 in Havana but most Cubans on the island today believe that it is still Fidel Castro's Cuba. And that belief will last at least until the Cuban Revolution is overturned, which many believe will finally occur in this New Year of 2026.

    It was long ago on January 1st in 1959 that Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution defeated the powerful US/Mafia-backed Fulgencio Batista Dictatorship. The famed Cuban Revolution has already survived a full decade after the death of Fidel Castro who died peacefully in Havana at age 90 in 2016.

      Whenever the regime change in Venezuela happens, the impact on Cuba will likely, indeed, also "finally end Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution."

      Just a few miles south of the tourist-mecca of Florida and the USA, it is Cuba that has Varadero Beach, "the World Best Beach."

     But since 1962 the U. S. economic EMBARGO has prevented Cuba from making normal amounts of tourist money from assets such as Varadero Beach.

    But, of course, back in the 1950s top U. S. companies along with the Mafia and the Batistianos made obscene amounts of tourist money taking wild advantages of Cuban assets such as...Varadero Beach. Prior to Castro's Revolution in 1959, ads like the one shown above saturated the U. S. about the wonders of visiting Batista's Cuba.

     Since the victory of the Cuban Revolution on the First Day of January in 1959 ousted the Batista dictatorship, the map shown above depicts how the United States has felt about Revolutionary Cuba. Therefore this map shows the location of the U. S. BAY of PIGS military attack against Cuba as well as the U. S. Naval Military Base at Guantanamo Bay that has existed on plush Cuban soil since 1903.

Americans need to know US Sanctions Devastating Cuba

 

     As the dawn of 2026 is upon us the war-like world includes the massive "U. S. WARSHIPS in the CARIBBEAN." The world is watching as the U. S. openly targets Venezuela but revolutionary Cuba believes it is the primary target, especially with Miami-born Cuban-American Marco Rubio now being President Donald Trump's ultra-powerful Secretary of State since the start of 2025.

     The top worldwide Cuban Headlines in the final week of 2025 {above} show that a few countries such as Mexico and Vietnam are trying to alleviate some of the dire financial conditions in Cuba, but most other nations totally bow to the economic and military might of the U. S. when it comes to the fates of everyday families in Cuba.

And, thus, the "Caribbean is on edge" as 2025 ends.

      On the eve of the New Year 2026 other worldwide headlines, like the one above, reveal that China -- the second richest and most powerful nation in the world -- is very closely watching what the U. S. is doing in the Caribbean, a vitally strategic region that is far from China but very close to the superpower United States.

The largest nation in the Caribbean, Cuba, "is dying."

The U. S. EMBARGO since 1962 has tried to starve CUBA.

And, finally, CUBA is starving to death.

Christmastime Cuban Headlines in 2025

Headlines tell Cuba's fate as 2025 ends!!

   At the end of 2025 the 10,000 Cubans on the island of Cuba are collectively among the saddest people in the world. A hopelessly depleted economy, the tightening of the endless {since 1962} U. S. Embargo of Cuba, and the constant food and medical shortages along with numerous island-wide power blackouts drastically plague Cuban families.

As 2025 ends, the headlines above tell Cuba's story.

A few countries, such as Greece, try to help Cuba.

     But most countries, not wanting to anger the superpower US, don't help Cuba. The latest anti-Cuban claims about Cuba being a Terrorist Nation and a Trafficker of Illegal Drugs are disputed by reputable reports such as the UN and other sources.

      Even some sources in Miami and Washington report that Cuba has helped the U. S. track down and return key Most Wanted US Criminals to the US.

      Since 1959 even critics of Revolutionary Cuba have often praised the energy, money, and efforts that the island has devoted to the Educational and Midical needs  for its children. The great photographer Molina posted the two photos above on social media just before Christmastime 2025. Somehow, even now, these Cuban children are being educated and their health needs are also given a key priority.

      With some justification, since 1959 Revolutionary Leaders have claimed that one reason the Revolution was needed was because the Batista dictatorship didn't care about the education or medical needs of Cuba's everyday children even as the Batistianos, Mafia, and rich U. S. companies were making obscene financial fortunes on the Caribbean's largest island-nation. In the 1950s Batista's not even tossing some crumbs to Cuba's peasant families helped to fuel the Cuban Revolution that started in 1953 and ended triumphantly on January 1, 1959.

 Since 1962 the U. S. has imposed history's longest economic EMBARGO/Blockade against Cuba ever imposed by any powerful nation against any much-weaker nation. It has been tightened in 2025 by Washington/Miami-Trump/Rubio, causing more pain than ever for Cuban families.

      The U. S. media rarely reports on what's happening in Cuba but other international media giants such as Madrid-based El Pais News Agency does tell the world about Cuba's current plight, as shown above.
