Will US Media Ever Say Anything Positive About Revolutionary Cuba?

PROBABLY not!!

In these now clossing days of January in 2024 -- as has been the case since January of 1959 when the Cuban Revolution overthrew the US/Mafia-backed Batista DictatorSHIP -- the mainstream U. S. Media has touted the Batista dictatorship because it allowed rich U. S. companies to partake in the wholesale robbery of Cuba...while the U. S. media for the past 65 years has demanded the overthrow of Revolutionary Cuba. In that milieu...the U. S. media is not about to report on Cuban positives such as the UN vote each year that shames and denounces U. S. policies against Cuba that almost the entire world considers harsh and even genocidal...especially in the past four years since the Trump & Biden administrations in Washington have tightened the six-decade-old USA's Embargo/Blockade against Cuba by designating the vulnerable island "A Sponsor of Terrorism" that particularly targets Cuban families while, as always, enriching and empowering Miami Cubans and Cubans in the U. S. Congress. But in late January of 2024 the worldwide non-U. S. Cuban headlines, as shown above, reveal that the non-U.S. media have the freedom to report positive articles regarding Cuba...such as the massive article above from Italy.
And so, I suppose, Americans are not supposed to read or see the above updated article that shows the rich Western nation of Italy needed some "Oxygen" for its ailing health system in 2024 so it seeked help from Cuba's highly regarded health system that is routinely and unfairly demeaned by the U. S. media and by the U. S. government. Thus...the massive article above in late January of 2024 is circling around the world at the behest of less biased sources -- such as Polistena and The Guardian that actually report fairly from Italy on a Cuban positive.
Therefore it is important to know, for example, that Dr. Asbel Diaz Fonseca is one of the 500 highly trained Cuban medical experts that Italy feels it needs to help the medical needs of the Italian people. And the caption above even has the freedom to reveal that Dr. Diaz Fonseca says, "There is no obligation for us to do this. We are here because we want to be." For decades countries from Africa to Italy to Mexico, etc., have tried to improve their health system by using Cubans, and meanwhile the U. S. media reports that it is human trafficking by the Cuban government so it can rake in money while paying the foreign Cuban medical experts a few pennies or pesos. Above and below you can see the more honest appraisal in late January of 2024 comes from honest media sources in Italy and England, including {below} reporting on why Italy feels it needs to have so many Cuban medical workers: "To remedy the problem, Calabria's regional government called on Cuba, famous worldwide for dispatching medical brigades to assist with saving lives, most often during times of humanitarian calamity." For sure, such a positive and honest paragraph about Cuba would never come from the U. S. media, but Americans should be permitted to see it nevertheless.
Instead of asking the U. S. media or the U. S. goverment why Italy, in late January of 2024, needs "500 health workers from Cuba" Americans would need to ask the British or the Italian governments and media for that answer.
Above is 38-year-old Dr. Asbel Diaz Fonseca and one of his colleagues working in Polistena, Italy. They are two of the 500 Cubans needed to help Italy's health system in January of 2024. As a Democracy-loving American, I believe the U. S. media should report fairly about such things -- not just having well-known, well-paid, and wildly anti-Cuban "journalists" primed only to report negatives about Cuba. Yes, since 1959 Revolutionary Cuba, in stark contrast to Batista's Cuba that preceded it, has provided free medical treatment for life and free educations through college for its citizens. For decades, even very poor and embargoed Cuba had maintained a health system that trains foreign medical students for free and then sends back to those poor areas to practice as doctors...and that to this DAY includes DOZENS of United States medical students. Perhaps the U. S. media might report that too, but don't count on it. Yet on YouTube the world can easily find many video reports on U. S. students studying for free at Cuba's famed ELAM Medical School, such as this report:
