CUBA HAS A GREAT WEEK to End August-2023

 Frequent Flyer President Wins Support!!

From Cuba to Asia to Europe and to Africa...Cuba's President and First Lady -- Miguel Diaz-Canel and Lis Cuesta -- have accumulated Frequest Flyer miles trying desperately to garner support for the economic deprived Caribbean nation. In Angola a journalist asked President Diaz-Canel, "Why, sir, so many urgent trips?" He replied: "As a small nation that has been attacked longer than any nation in history by a powerful nation, the Cuban people are tired of suffering for three generations, over 62 years from it. I believe Cuba's only enemy is the United States, our close northern neighbor. I am making these long trips to confirm that belief."
The BRICS Summit closing out AUGUST of 2023 in Johannesburg has celebrated Cuba as one of the 77 nations in attendance. BRICS now stands for just five nations -- Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa -- but dozens of others nations are hoping to join its ranks. The avalanche of photos and videos from Johannesburg reveal that Cuba's ageless struggle to survive the US economic Embargo/Blockade is being supported powerfully by these nations, a fact that President Diaz-Canel is discovering.
While President Diaz-Canel is currently seeking and receiving support from Latin American, Asian, and European nations, the African Continent is where Cuba has been most loved and admired. Constantly at the BRICS Summit in Johannesburg the President of Cuba has heard comments such as explained by Mozambique's leader: "For too many decades nations of the world, afraid of the supreme economic and military might of one nation, has permitted the people of Cuba to be deprived illegally while we have normal trade relations with the powerful nation that deprives the Cuban masses. That cowardice finally should end."
The giant London-based Reuters News Agency has informed the world that the five Brics nations -- Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa -- have vowed renewed support for Cuba, but so have 75 other important nations in attendance.
Of course, in the United States both the U. S. media and its two-party political system -- Democrats and Republicans -- have issues that don't consider the U. S. Relations with Cuba, but more-and-more nations around the world are, indeed, more-and-more concerned with the Superpower's endless blockade of Cuba that perhaps enriches/empowers some people in Miami and Washington but is designed to starve, deprive, and make miserable succeeding generations of innocent Cubans in Cuba.
Images that shame nations around the world.
Close NEIGHBORS, the big U. S. and little Cuba.

Cuba Has IMPORTANT Friends!!!

Today -- on AUGUST 24TH-2023 -- this photo is not popular in the United States but it is circulating around much of the rest of the world. At the very important BRICS Summit in Johannesburg the Chinese President Zi Jinping is making sure to let it be known that Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel is not only being spotlighted but "For many decades too long the island of Cuba has been illegally tormented by the United States."
The BRICS Summit now being held in Johannesburg in late August of 2023 is hugely important because its FIVE members are Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. That includes the two most populated nations in the world, the most populated nation in Latin American, and the most influential nation in Africa...while at least twenty other nations are hoping to join this Group of Five.
At the important meeting above at this week's BRICS Summit in Johannesburg, as you see above Cuba's President Diaz-Canel shown in the left-center is given a prominent spot.
Above you can see that the international media, including the massive Chinese media, is heralding the photo of Cuba's leader Diaz-Canel and China's leader Zi at the BRICS Summit in Johannesburg. Moreover...the Chinese media, as shown above, reminded the world, including the U. S., that: "Chinese President Xi Jinping said here on Wednesday that China will continue to firmly support Cuba in defending national sovereignty and opposing external interference and blockade." It is interesting, among other things, that China joins Cuba in calling the U. S. Embargo of Cuba a "blockade."
In this year of 2023 newly re-elected Lulu da Silva, a dear friend of Cuba, replaced Jair Bolsonara, a strong Trump/US ally, as the President of Brazil, which is by far Latin America's largest and richest nation. Thus, the massive BRICS Summit in Johannesville this week is unanimous in its support of Cuba and its denunciation of the U. S. economic "blockade."
Five Nations that denounce the Blockade.
One Nation Loves the Blockade!!
For the last 62 Years!!
WOW.

Leave Cuba for US, Hate Cuba, AND GET RICH!!!

The Playbook Has Unerringly Existed since 1959!!

This photo is courtesy of the giant publisher Simon & Schuster and it shows Fabiola Santiago, one of Miami's most famous citizens, authors, and journalists. Fabiola was born in Matanzas, Cuba in the spring of 1959, three months after the victory of the Cuban Revolution that overthrew the U.S./Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship. Her parents then made sure she grew up in nearby Miami/USA. Now for over three decades, since 1980, she has been a SUPER Counter Revolutionary journalist and editor at the Miami Herald. She is, for sure, very high on the exalted pantheon of Cuban-Americans since 1959 that have quickly gained everlasting fame and wealth as high-profile Counter Revolutionary Cuban-American Journalists & Authors, usually without ever being subjected to criticism.
But there are a few critics of extreme but unimpeded Counter Cuban Revolutionaries thriving in the United States, "90 Miles From Cuba." Yet since 1959 such criticism has easily been hidden under very large and expensive anti-Cuban rugs. Thus today -- on AUGUST 23RD in 2023 -- the top Cuban Headline has been penned by Fabiola Santiago and the Miami Herald.
So today -- AUGUST 23RD-2023 -- above is the top Cuban Headline circulating around the United States and, not surprisingly, it originated in the Miami Herald and is written by supreme Opinion Editor Fabiola Santiago. It warns Americans that they must agree with Fabiola's dictatorial admonition that Cuba's President Miguel Diaz-Canel must not be allowed to arrive at the United Nations in New York where he is scheduled to speak. In other words, since 1959 in the U. S. it seems that only people like Fabiola Santiago should be permitted to speak on Cuban issues...and, perhaps, that is why the ugly and cruel U. S. Embargo against Cuba has been allowed to exist for over six decades, since 1962.
Yes, despite the image of the United States that the EMBARGO has presented to the world for decades, every October -- year-after-year -- the United Nations in New York loudly votes to condemn the EMBARGO. Yet it has existed for over six decades...with no end in sight.
Today -- on AUGUST 23rd in 2023 -- the headline above dominates the Cuban News in the United States. It is a reminder, I think, of why the U. S. Embargo of Cuba since 1962 has existed all these decades despite worldwide condemnation, which the vote in the United Nations confirms every October.

Cuban President Arrives in Friendly Africa

On AUGUST 22nd-2023 the three photos above show that Angola is an extremely important African nation and Angola loves Cuba. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel is on a 4-day visit to Angola and its President Joao Laurenco is lavishly welcoming President Diaz-Canel to his country.

This photo today -- AUGUST 22nd-2023 -- shows a billboard in Luanda heralding the 4-day Angolan visit of Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel. As the six-decade-old U. S. Embargo grips the Cuban people more than ever in August of 2023, Diaz-Canel is flying to friendly nations seeking vital support, and perhaps no nation in the world loves Cuba as much as  ANGOLA...because of their shared histories of being longtime colonial victims of foreign imperative powers.
In 1959 Fidel Castro's Cuban Revolution shocked the world by defeating the US-Mafia-Batista rule in Cuba. In 1975, despite dire warnings from both the U. S. and the Soviet Union, Fidel Castro sent 35,000 Cuban troops to Angola to overthrow British rule in Africa known as apartheid. INCREDIBLY...the victory of the Cuban soldiers in Angola changed history, leading to drastic events such as Nelson Mandela, who had been stuck in a British-run South African prison for 28 years with only a bucket for a toilet but, thanks to Cuba, Nelson Mandela was democratically elected president of South Africa from 1994 till 1999 and thereafter has been hailed as a world-wide Civil Rights icon.
This photo shows Fidel Castro himself in Angola congratulating his Cuban soldiers for their historic victory.
This photo shows Cuba's current President, Miguel Diaz-Canel, in Angola today placing a wreath of flowers on a monument in Luanda that honors the Cuban soldiers who died fighting for Angolan and African independence in the 1970s and 1980s.
Today -- AUGUST 22nd-2023 -- billboards herald the 4-day visit to Angola by Cuban President Diaz-Canel. While the visit doesn't mean anything to the U. S. media, it is being reported by the International News Media:
Oil-rich Angola, which has a population of 35 million people, is a very important African nation. While Angola massively loves Cuba, the United States and other Superpowers court Angola with trade favors and other inducements. While the ageless U. S. Embargo is designed to starve Cuba's economy, the U. S. provides Angola favored trade rights.
Perhaps history's most famed Civil Rights icon, Nelson Mandela, considered Fidel Castro his all-time best friend, as revealed by famous quotes such as the one above.
They remained best friends as long as they lived.
They co-authored a book together.
Nelson Mandela and Fidel Castro.
And this week -- in late August of 2023 -- Presiden Lourenco of Angola is warmly hosting President Diaz-Canel of Cuba...in honor of what Fidel Castro did for Angola and Africa back in the 1970s and 1980s.
