Will US Presidential Election Keep Cuba Alive?

The results of the 2024 U. S. Presidential Election will be released to the world on November 5th and the Caribbean island of Cuba will also come more into focus then. So at the end of October in 2024 the headline and article by Reuters, the world's best news agency, will foreshadow if the 65 years of rule by the pugnatious Cuban Revolution ends or somehow continues. So...what will REPLACE it?????????
The London-based Reuters News Agency is the world's best news source regarding the best news about Cuba and from Cuba. So study this week's massively important article about Cubal, including the opening words shown above.
At the end of October in 2024 above the top worldwide headlines agree that Cuba's revolutionary government will not survive dire economic situations on the island.
The map above reflects the 1950s when Cuba was thriving economically because the superpower United States wildly supported the Batista dictatorship, promoting massive tourism to the island and massive U. S. businesses as well as massive Mafia businesses on the island. But still the tyranical Batista was overthrown by the Cuban Revoluion on January 1, 1959...and everything changed. But Batista and his rich supporters from the U. S. failed to spread any of all money around to the majority peasants, the everyday Cubans who supported the rebels that were promising free medical care for all and free educations throught college.
And, so, since January 1st of 1959 the United States has embarked on a massive effort to overthrow the Cuban Revolution, including the U. S. Economic EMBARGO that has surrounded the vulnerable island since 1962, and finally after six+ decades it has caused the collapse of Cuba, as the aforementioned headlines cogently suggest. Of course, all observers believed the overthrow would only take a few weeks, not six+ decades!!!!
So this is a modern map of Cuba, a very close U. S. neighbor that soon will again see a massive influx of U. S. dollars that will flood the island to revive the Carribean's largest nation. At least for a time, it is assumed that some of the new financial windfall this time will benefit the everyday Cuban families.

Energy Blackout Might End Cuban Revolution

USA Today Headline in Late October-2024!!

The USA's national newspaer USA Today published the above headline on October 20th & 21st in October of 2024. It reports that yet another Hurricane, this time Oscar, has hit the already battered island of Cuba that was also trying to recover from a nationwide Power Blackout that affected all ten million of the citizens on the vulnerable island.
As you can see above, the USA Today leads the Top Cuban Headlines in late October of 2024. All four of the headlines, as you can detect, continue the vast litany of Cuban News that strongly hints that the end of the historic Cuban Revolution is coming to an end. If so, history will register the fact that Revolutionary Cuba has incredibly lasted for 65 years, since 1959. Moreover, Revolutionary Cuba has even existed for over 62 years, since 1962, when its northern neighbor, the Superpower United States, began its economic Embargo/Blockade that -- for over six decades -- has intended to "starve, deprive, and make miserable" the Cubans on the island to induce them to rise up and overthrow their Revolutionary government, which back on the first day of January in 1959 shocked the world by overthrowing the Mafia-backed and U.S.-backed Batista dictatorship. For over six decades the Embargo/Blockade of Cuba has not fulfilled its goals...at least till now. Now drastic food shortages, medical shortages, and power blackouts are combining to finally destroy the Cuban Revoluion even without an overall internal and domestic overthrow or uprising.
The photo above by USA Today in late October of 2024 shows two generations of Cubans in total despair and with no hope to continue their lives on the island. Since 1959, and especially since 1962, such a photo was preordained, I think.
In 1959 The Cuban Revolution shocked the world.
In October of 2024 the U. S. EMBARGO shocks the world.
Final Comment:  Cuba, a few miles south of the United States, is the largest and arguably the most beautiful island in the Caribbean. Since Columbus discovered Cuba in 1492 and proclaimed it "the most beautiful land these eyes have ever seen," it has been fought over by world powers ever since, including the decades it was controlled by Spain until the United States launched the easy and brief Spanish-American War on Cuban soil in 1898. Then the next greatest historic event came in 1959 when the Cuban Revolution overthrew the U.S.-backed/Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship. And now in October of 2024...it seems that the next great historic event in the history of Cuba will be the impending end of the Cuban Revolution.

Power Blackout for Entire Cuba Population!!!

Total Cuban Island Has Power Blackout!!!

On October 18th in 2024!! [NBC News photo}

As reported to the world today -- on October 18th in 2024 -- NBC News, as shown above, and other news sources are telling a mostly uncaring international coummunity that: "The entire island of Cuba is HAVING A POWER BLACKOUT AFFECTING ALL OF ITS TEN MILLION PEOPLE." It sadly reflects the dire econnomic conditions that are gripping the Caribbean's largest island nation, which happens to be just a few miles south of the United States. It also, of course, reflects the sheer and unique fact that Cuba for over six decades, since 1962, is the only small nation that has ever been encircled so long and so harshly by a much-larger nation. The encirclement is known to history as "The U. S. Embargo of Cuba" but the rest of the world is either too powerless or too uncaring when it comes to demanding that it finally ceases to exist.
The U. S. EMBARGO of Cuba began in 1962 and now near the end of 2024 it is more devastating than ever for the Cuban people. Yes, Cuba's revolutionary government since the triumph of the Cuban Revolution in 1959 over the US-backed Cuban dictator Batista has been partly or posssibly largely to blame; but that does not justify the stupidity or cruelty to what the U. S. EMBARGO has done to generations of innocent Cuban citizens for over six decades, since 1962. {I am an 84-year-old DEMOCRACY-loving American}.

US Media Lies About US Embargo on Cuba But...

...foreign Media Giants tell the truth!!!

The giant French media giant Le Monde is telling the world in October of 2024 that Cuban families on the island are reeling from food and medical shortages as well as power blackouts. And Le Monde is honest enough to blame the U. S. EMBARGO on Cuba that started in 1962 --  six decades AGO. Perhaps in October of 2024 it is time for the U. S. media to also tell the truth about the EMBARGO, which the rest of the world considers the longest economic blockade ever imposed by a powerful nation against a much-weaker nation. Le Monde explains correctly that "overcompliance" of the original terms of the EMBARGO by both the Trump and Biden administrations in the past five years have created what amounts to genocidal use of the Embargo. Below please note that Le Monde in October of 2024 correctly states that the entire world considers that, in violation of international law, the EMBARGO starves Cuba because it blocks "trade between Cuba and nationals of other countries."
Like other foreign international giants in the media, Le Monde is able to tell the world the truth about the effects of the EMBARGO against Cuba, something the U. S. media also should be doing. If Americans would read the truth as shown this second week in October in 2024 by Le Monde they might not decade-after-decade support what others consider a genocidal blockade, which also in the eyes of many shames the United States the most.

In October of 2024 Cuban Families Are Hurting.

In this first week in October of 2024 the headline and photo shown above were sent around the world by Reuters, which is based in London and is the world's top international news agency that still maintains the best news bureau in Cuba. Reuters has recently informed the world that Cuban families in 2024 are facing drastic food and medical shortages. Now to start October of 2024 the Reuters news agency {above} is telling the world: "Nearly half of Cuba {is} without power as blackouts deepen."
The U. S. EMBARGO began over six decades ago. It began when President John F. Kennedy signed Proclamation 3447 into law in 1962. Cuba claims that in October of 2024 that the EMBARGO is causing blackouts, starvation, and medical deprivations on the vulnerable island. The United States, while maintaining the EMBARGO despite worldwide condemnation including each year from the UN, claims that such problems in Cuba are caused by Cuba's revolutionary government, not the U. S. EMBARGO,

Do Cuban Families battle food shortages in 2024?

Unfortunately, the answer is Yes!!

Cubans on the Caribbean's largest island/nation, Cuba, know all about power blackouts as well as drastic food and medical shortages, and that includes Zaily Perez: "Please  listen to us. Don't just listen to the rich and politically powerful Cubans in Miami and Washington. Listen to us too."
Most Cubans on the encircled island blame the U. S. EMBARGO that began in 1962, over six decades AGO, and in 2024 its affects have been worse than ever.
As of October 1st in 2024 the dire problems for Cuban families on the island have been duly reported by FirstPost America and other sources. Yet...the devastation continues, apparently because some rich people profit from the situation in Cuba.

Anti-Cuba Cubans Have Much Support

This Reuters photo shows Luis Manuel Otero Alcantara at his home in Havana. As the island's most famed anti-Cuba Cuban, he is currently in jail. Next month in October of 2024 he will likely be the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in ceremonies in Norway.
Today on September 20th of 2024 above are the Top Four Cuban Headlines flashing around the world. As you can see, Cuba is currently experiencing the most dire affects of the six-decade-old U. S. EMBARGO of the island. Thus the headlines shown above reveal that "Cuba is out of supplies and out of ideas." and "73 countries demand that the U. S. exclude Cuba from the Supporters of Terrorism List" that the U. S. uses to tighten the effects of the Embargo; and "Some Cubans Depend On Sugar Water As Food Shortages Bite." and "Jailed Cuban Dissident leader Luis Manukel Otero Alcantara wins Norwegian peace award."
The Reuters news agency based in London is telling the world today that the Norwegian human rights foundation has given Alcantara its top prize "for his fearless opposition to authoritarianism through art" and he will also soon receive the world's most coveted peace prize. And as Reuters points out, that designation in Norway this week means that next month in October the dissident Luis Alcantara will also LIKELY win the famed Nobel Peace Prize too.
Of course, the Peace Prize Lovers in Norway love Cuban dissidents like Luis Manuel Otero Alcantara but they don't give a damn about Cuban mothers like the woman shown above sitting on a sidewalk trying to survive the effects of the power blackout that keeps her home dark while she alsso worries about not having enough food and safe water for her children. But Norway and far too many other rich nations in this world simply don't care about the foreign-fueled plights faced by generations of Cuban families, with 2024 reaching the top limits of this woman's despair.
For sure, Cuba is the largest and arguably the most beautiful island nation in the Caribbean. But Cuba is not allowed to have any friends although it is surrounded by a lot of neighbors. The blockaded island's northern neighbor, the USA, influences the rest of the Caribbean and the rest of the world when it comes to Cuba. So a Cuban mother sitting on a sidewalk wondering about what's next for her children is not supposed to receive any help or even any sympathy, even from the island's neighbors.
