Only Anti-Cuba U.S. "News" Is Allowed

Anything Else Doesn't Fit The Narrative!!

From the Miami Herald, the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, etc., there are prime "journalists" assigned to write Cuba articles designed to make sure the USA maintains it draconian, genocidal, and lucrative policies against Cubans on the island. I assume the huge financial and political rewards have predicated this situation since 1959, the year the Cuban Revolution shocked the world by overthrowing the brutal and thieving U.S.-backed and Mafia-backed Batista dictatorship. One such journalist, in my opinion, is Mary O'Grady. She is a powerful member of the Editorial Board at the Wall Street Journal and writes its The Americas columns. She seems to believe that the Batista-Mafia dictatorship in Cuba in the 1950s was the greatest government the Western Hemisphere has ever seen. And, conversely, she seems to believe that Revolutionary Cuba since 1959 has been and continues to be the worst nation the world has ever seen!! Thus Mary O'Grady's latest column is entitled:
"BASEBALL SAYS CUBA 'SI,'
GEORGIA 'NO.'"
The huge headline above references the fact that Major League Baseball in the U. S. moved its All Star Game this year out of Atlanta to Denver because of alleged voting restrictions in Georgia. So, the anti-Cuban zealot at the Wall Street Journal seized on that situation to vilify Cubans on the island. Of Course, the problem I have with that is the fact that never to anti-Cuban propagandists such as Mary O'Grady care about the opinions of everyday Cubans on the island, only about the extreme opinions of anti-Cuban dissidents. So, here is how Mary O'Grady concocted and constructed her first two paragraphs in her latest WSJ propaganda assault on Cubans on the island:
The Mary O'Grady words above are wonderfully & beautifully composed to begin her latest vilification of Cubans on the island. As always, she stresses only the opinions of extreme anti-Cuban zealots -- never the opinions of everyday Cubans on the island. For example, Mary O'Grady seizes on dissident movements such as "the humble San Isidro" without ever considering what the majority of everyday Cubans think about it. For example, do most everyday Cubans believe such anti-Cuban movements are financed by huge amounts of U. S. dollars? Cubans on the island now are ubiquitously expressing themselves on top Social Media internet forums, and it appears that in near unanimity they believe that self-serving foreign elements spawn and finance such dissonance and disorder on the island. And if that is not so, the omnipotent and rich forces in Miami, Newark, and Washington would have recaptured the island many, many decades ago.
So, if I may, all I ask of Mary Anastasia O'Grady, and other "journalists" who are obsessed with continually assaulting the masses of innocent Cubans on the island, is that they at least consider the opinions of Cubans on the island...not just the opinions of those who benefit so massively from assaulting innocent Cubans on the island.
Buttressing the Wall Street Journal/Mary O'Grady assault on Cubans on the island this week is a Yahoo News anti-Cuba propaganda piece today -- April 12th, 2021 -- written by Nestor Carbonell entitled: "CUBA REMAINS A THREAT"!!! Assuming Americans are stupid and thus vulnerable to propaganda, Nestor Carbonell seems to suggest that poor little EMBARGOED & BLOCKADED Cuba is a "threat" to attack and destroy the United States of America ANY MOMENT NOW!!
Of course, journalists such as Nestor Carbonell can use the pages of high-profile outlets such as the WSJ, Yahoo News, etc., to spew whatever anti-Cuban propaganda they want to inflict on their readers. Or Nestor Carbonell can go on programs such as Karen Pittman's Program to promote whatever anti-Cuban propaganda they choose. This lucrative wart has sullied Democracy without proper checks-&-balances for decades and apparently is too juicy to end.
But of course, if you happen to be a Cuban-American like Carlos Lazo your opinion about Cuba is almost never allowed in the world's richest and most powerful Democracy. Carlos Lazo is a professor in Seattle and he is so passionate about ending the U. S. genocide against totally innocent Cubans on the island that, accompanied by some of his students, he rides his bicycle the 3,000 miles from Seattle to Washington to beg the politicians "to end the Embargo on Cuba." Of course, Carlos Lazo's opinion doesn't count, even if the majority of Cuban-Americans agree with him, because a few Cuban-Americans and their sycophants apparently have made and are still making too much money off the Embargo that was first imposed in 1962.
Yes, Cuban-American professor Carlos Lazo and his students ride their bikes 3,000 miles from Seattle to Washington to beg politicians to end the genocidal Blockade against Cubans on the island that has existed for 6+ decades to appease and enrich a few benefactors. Somewhere along the way during the last 6+ decades, the question arises..."why hasn't the United States had a generation of Americans with the guts and decency to agree with CARLOS LAZO???"
As a decent Cuban-American, Carlos Lazo is embarrassed by the international Carlos LaTuff images depicted above. So am I. And so are others worldwide. It is astonishing there are some Americans and Cuban-Americans who are not!!

The USA's Batistiano Dictators

After All These Decades Since The Revolution!!

The Wall Street Journal is emblematic of the drastic decline of the mainstream media in the United States. Important media sources in the U. S. were once vital gatherers and presenters of news and information that Americans and their democracy vitally needed. Now those prime media sources have evolved into vast propaganda dispersers, catering to the needs, whims, and opinions of only their propaganda-obsessed individual and corporate owners. On this Easter Weekend, the first weekend of April-2021, the The Wall Street Journal proved my point with yet another vast, anti-democratic, propaganda-fueled major Editorial...using this blazing headline:
The huge Editorial this weekend in The Wall Street Journal typifies the depths to which the mainstream media in the United States now presents only self-serving propaganda, not news and information, to its readers and viewers. Under the above headline and sub-headline shown above, The Wall Street Journal's propaganda explained again this weekend that the Batistiano control of America's Cuban policy since 1959 has been the best thing that has ever happened to the U. S. democracy. It, of course, implies that the best thing the U. S. democracy ever did was in 1952 when it teamed with the top echelon of the Mafia to support the brutal-thieving Batista dictatorship in Cuba so rich Americans could partake in the wholesale robbery and brutality on the largest Caribbean island. Of course, the powerful WSJ no longer has either the guts or the integrity to tell its readers that the U.S.-backed Batistiano robbery and extreme brutality that protected Batista's Cuba spawned the Cuban Revolution that on January 1-1959 chased out the greedy U. S. businessmen but also chased the Batistianos-Mafiosi to their new haven and sanctuary on U. S. soil, quickly creating their new headquarters in Little Havana in the heart of Miami-USA. Although extremist methods for going on seven decades have failed to recapture Cuba, the Batistianos have actually used their grips on the U. S. democracy to create far more wealth and power in the U. S. than they had amassed on Cuban soil. Factors permitting that include the decline of the U. S. media into prime propaganda outlets as opposed to news outlets. The WSJ Editorial depicted above is a prime example this weekend. It was, uh, written by Mario Diaz-Balart. Of course, as a prime product of Little Havana, Mario Diaz-Balart has spent his entire adult life lucratively promoting the Batista dictatorship in Cuba as a fantastically great government and the Batistiano rule of America's Cuban policies since 1959 as the best thing that has happened to the U. S. Democracy.
Perhaps it would be appropriate to mention that CONGRESSMAN Mario Diaz-Balart is the son of a former powerful Minister in the Batista dictatorship and then, starting in 1959, one of the prime and most richest creators of Little Havana in Miami. For three decades either Mario Diaz-Balart or his older brother Lincoln Diaz-Balart have represented Little Havana in the U. S. Congress. In 1996 Lincoln was a prime writer of the congressional Helms-Burton Act, which was and remains to this day a very legal method to vastly enrich Little Havana leaders while also vastly brutalizing masses of Cubans in Cuba. And on this Easter Weekend in 2021 a vast Editorial in the Wall Street Journal WRITTEN BY MARIO DIAZ-BALART again implies how great the Batista dictatorship in Cuba in the 1950s was and TELLS US AGAIN how great the Batistiano rule of the USA's Cuban policies since 1959 is. There was a time in the U. S. that the mainstream media would tell Americana the truth about such things. But that is no longer the case, with the WSJ now being a prime example of the U. S. media that has become a prime propaganda dispenser instead of being gatherer and provider of news and information that Americans really need.
Most Cuban-Americans do not believe that the superpower U. S. government, decade after decade since 1959, should continue its Batistiano-inspired genocide against totally innocent Cuban families in Cuba decade-AFTER-decade. One such Cuban-American is Carlos Lazo, a professor in Seattle. Carlos is so ashamed of the Embargo-legalized genocide against Cubans in Cuba that he has ridden his bicycle, followed by some of his bike-riding students, the 3,000 miles from Seattle to Washington TO BEG CONGRESS AND THE WHITE HOUSE TO END ITS EMBARGO AND GENOCIDE AGAINST CUBAN FAMILES IN CUBA. Of course, the mainstream U. S. media, including the WSJ, doesn't have the courage or the integrity TO PUBLISH the passionate desires of great Cuban-Americans such as Carlos Lazo but vicious and self-serving Counter Revolutionary extremists such as CONGRESSMAN Mario Diaz-Balart from Little Havana can readily write Editorials in propaganda-riddled mainstream media outlets such as the WSJ.
When the WSJ and most other mainstream U. S. media outlets routinely support Little Havana extremists with no concern about masses of innocent Cubans on the island, it continues to say more about the U. S. than it says about Cuba. For one thing, it says that the mainstream media in the U. S. has evolved into a vast and powerful promoter of propaganda in an era when Americans are in dire need of honest news and information.

EVEN U. S. Media Report Positive Cuba News

Lately CNN Bravely Treats Cuba Positively!!

This photo from Havana today -- March 31, 2021 -- shows Cuba's renowned Dr. Francisco Duran getting a shot of a Cuba-produced vaccine that CNN and other unbiased sources report is considered to be on the "Cutting Edge" in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this last week of March-2021, CNN and CNN International have teamed to produce three major reports about Cuba's renowned reputation for creating important vaccines, and now being on the edge of massively producing two of the most promising vaccines to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. CNN's excellent journalist stationed in Havana, Patrick Oppmann, reports today an update from the island entitled: "INSIDE CUBA'S RACE TO VACCINE SOVEREIGNTY."
Between the two headlines depicted above, as you can see, CNN's Patrick Oppmann made these unbiased and honest points from Havana today:
"Long cut off from much of the rest of the world, Cuba for decades has made many of the medicines the island needs and increasingly exports Cuban-made vaccines abroad. When the pandemic hit, Cuba was one of the few developing countries that was well positioned to produce their own vaccines.
"...the island's government has set its sights on developing the kind of sophisticated Covid-19 vaccines that have eluded far richer countries."
"The superstar Cuban musical duo Buena Fe penned a song about the vaccines, crooning the drugs were like "brave David confronting the bully Goliath."
Within the quotation marks in pink above, the words from CNN's Patrick Oppmann are simply refreshing on March 31, 2021, in the United States. Since January of 1959, when the Cuban Revolution chased the brutal U.S.-backed Batista-MAFIA dictatorship to its sanctuary on U. S. soil, much of the mainstream media has simply been too afraid to report anything positive about Revolutionary Cuba or report on anything bad about the Batista-MAFIA regime that preceded it. Exacerbating that basic fact is a vast array of well-funded and unchecked anti-Cuban propaganda media sources from Miami to the Internet. And that is why I consider Oppmann's honest and brave reports about CNN from his base in Havana to be refreshing, and actually befitting a Democracy!!
In the refreshing article depicted above, note the sentence that said: "The superstar Cuban musical duo Buena Fe penned a song about the vaccines, crooning the drugs were like 'brave David confronting the bully Goliath.'" Since it formed in Guantanamo, Cuba, the band Buena Fe -- which means "Good Faith" -- has produced ten successful albums and the photo above is from one of its songs on YouTube. The band consists of Israel Rojas and Yoel Martinez and they are wildly beloved in sold-out concerts across the island. As CNN reported today, their new song includes the line, "...brave David confronting the bully Goliath." That is a poignant reference to a fact that Cuba's 11.2 million people confront daily, which is the genocidal aspects of the U. S. Blockade that the United States has imposed since 1962 and actually tightened greatly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To emphasize that Cuba must protect children like these five girls in Havana from both Covid-19 and from the genocidal U. S. Embargo-Blockade, the great Cuban band Buena Fe put an appropriate line in its new song: "...brave David confrontingthe bully Goliath." In other words, to appease a handful of extremist Cuban-Americans in Miami and Newark, and in the U. S. Congress, Cuba's David must daily confront the USA's Goliath. But, fortunately, these Cuban girls and other children like them on the island, are very important to their parents and the rest of Cuba.
These are the five vaccines that Cuba has produced to combat COVID-19. The two that are currently being administered are SOBERANA 02 and Abdala, which some other nations also want.
Before the popular Cuban band Buena Fe sang about David on the island fighting to fend off Goliath {the United States} while David, in the guise of a Cuban doctor, holds the Cuban flag with one arm while using the other arm to try to keep the United States from assaulting the Cuban people. The image above was created during COVID-19 by the great Brasilian Editorialist Carlos LaTuff. The image has circulated all around the world many times, but Americans are not supposed to be embarrassed about it.

29.3.21

Admiring Cuba, RELUCTANTLY!!!

 Even THE WASHINGTON POST!!!

Today -- March 29th, 2021 -- this was one of the glaring headlines in The Washington Post:

A major article depicted today in the Washington Post Post fairly and honestly praised Cuba, although since the last six decades while the U. S. has imposed a genocidal Embargo/Blockade against the island the mainstream U. S. media has routinely vilified Revolutionary Cuba while implying or praising the Batista-Mafia regime that preceded it. But today, incredibly, the Washington Post praised Cuba for developing some of the world's most promising vaccines to combat the dread COVID-19 pandemic. Of course, Revolutionary Cuba has earlier produced some of the world's best drugs to battle cancer, diabetes, dengue fever, etc., at its famed Finlay Institute in Havana. In fact, in the past week major news sources have produced major reports on that fact have been CNN, CNN International, PBS, CNBC, Al Jazeera, etc. But now The Washington Post? But now producing five promising COVID drugs, including Soberana 02 that many nations from Jamaica to South Africa are awaiting to obtain, the Washington Post article today, as you can see in the paragraph shown above, was amazed to admit that Cuba has performed another "public relations coup...for an isolated country of 11 million that was added to the U. S. list of state sponsors of terrorism in the final days of the Trump administration."
This image explains why I am amazed that today's Washington Post published a fair article praising Cuba fairly and honestly. Long one of America's most respected liberal giants, the Washington Post has emerged into a giant left-wing propaganda machine since Jeff Bezos bought it. And since Bezos has owned it, the Post has been vicious towards Revolutionary Cuba and favorable to the brutal/thieving Batista-Mafia dictatorship that the Cuban Revolution miraculously defeated and chased to the U. S., namely to Little Havana in Miami. Under the Bezos ownership the Post has routinely published Editorials written by extreme Cuban dissidents vilifying Cuba while implying, of course, that the prior Batista-Mafia rule of Cuba was a sweet Godsend for the Cubans on the island and FOR the Americans too!!
Now the richest person in the history of the world, Jeff Bezos was worth $180 Billion Dollars as of July-2018 and that total has vastly increased since then, thanks to Cash Cows such as Amazon. Born to dirt-born teenage parents 57 years ago in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jeff Bezos began his trek to becoming the richest person in world history when he was four years old, because that was when he was adopted by Miguel Bezos, a Cuban.
With Miguel Bezos as his father, Jeff Bezos was on his way to an education at Princeton University...and then enough Bezos money to invest in a company that he called...uh...Amazon!!!
Born and raised in Santiago de Cuba, Miguel Bezos in the United States watched as his stepson Jeff Bezos has become the richest person in the history of the world. Therefore, I have not been surprised by the vicious assaults against Revolutionary Cuba in the Jeff Bezos-owned Washington Post. But I was surprised today when The Washington Post actually had a fair and honest article praising Revolutionary Cuba about its astounding and ongoing Vaccine program. What the hell happened? Did a careless Editor make a mistake while Jeff Bezos was on vacation...or something?
Whatever the reason..........
today -- March 29, 2021 -- Jeff Bezos's Washington Post finally had a fair and honest article about Revolutionary Cuba. It reported that the beleaguered island nation has produced five promising COVID-19 vaccines. Of the five, Soberana 02 is the most promising.

World Abhors USA's Cuban Blockade

 Canadian Democracy Leads New Impetus!!

This Sunday -- March 28th-2021 -- millions of Canadians will promote a massive protest worldwide "AGAINST THE ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL /GENOCIDE" they insist that the United States is committing against masses of Cuban families on the Caribbean island.

This Sunday -- March 28th-2021 -- millions of Canadians in the great Democracy above the northern U. S. border will lead caravans and the internet to massively protest what they believe is the USA's genocidal Blockade against millions of Cubans on the island. As usual, Americans are programmed not to be embarrassed about Sunday's humanitarian concern for totally innocent Cubans, but, as you can see below, the decency is very important to the Canadians.

And so, THIS SUNDAY--March 28th-2021 the nation of Canada is leading a worldwide protest against the genocidal Blockade against the Cuban people to appease a handful of self-serving Cuban-Americans in Miami, Newark, and the U. S. Congress. So, why are Canadians and most of the other people in the world appalled about the genocidal U. S. Blockade aimed at the masses of decent people in Cuba??? The answer #One: The United States was the only nation in the world that teamed with the Mafia in 1952 to support the brutal, thieving Batista dictatorship in Cuba so rich Americans could partake in the rape and robbery of the island, spawning the Cuban Revolution that overthrew the U.S.-backed Batista regime in 1959; and answer #Two: starting in 1959 the U. S. government permitted the Batistiano-created rule of Little Havana in the heart of Miami.
When the strongest Democracy in the world is not embarrassed about the world-wide protest that will be led by Canada on Sunday, March 28-2021 against the endless U. S. genocide against Cubans on the island, perhaps the United States is badly in need of a generation of Americans that has more decency and intelligence than the generations in charge of the U. S. since 1952 and since 1959 have displayed. Surely, another generation of Americans programmed not to be embarrassed by the worldwide images depicted above is not the generation that a great Democracy deserves.
