The Miami-Cubans GOLD MINE

FAR More Than In Batista's Cuba!
{UPDATED: Friday, July 12th, 2019}
     This week -- July 10th, 2019 -- London-based Reuters and other news agencies spread photos like this around the world illustrating two basis facts of American life since the 1950s: {1} In the 1950's during the U.S.-backed Batista-Mafia dictatorship, the Batistianos, the Mafiosi, and rich American businessmen literally feasted on the wholesale robbery of Cuba; {2} BUT after the Cuban Revolution in January of 1959 chased those greedy exploiters back to U. S. soil, ever since the gross exploitation of Cuba has been AN EVEN LARGER GOLD MINE for two generations of the very same people -- namely, the Batistiano and Mafiosi exiles and their rich American economic and political sycophants. While it is considered far too dangerous in the USA for the mainstream news media to report those two truths, I will explain why the photo above of the French bank Societe Generale once again revealed that using Cuba as a piggy-bank TODAY is far more lucrative than it was back when the U.S. supported the thievery and the brutality of the Batista-Mafia dictatorship on the island from 1952 till 1959. The French bank Societe Generale a few months ago paid the U. S. $1.34 billion to settle accusations that it had violated U. S. Sanctions involving Cuba and other nations. Then this week -- July 10th, 2019 -- Societe Generale was sued for $792 million by a Cuban-American family because the French bank supposedly violated...the word was "circumvented"...U. S. sanctions against Cuba newly installed by the Batistiano-directed Trump administration. The Miami-Cubans, of course, have every reason to believe this will be another EASY VICTORY for them and their lawyers because of where such lawsuits are filed. This new case, shamefully, is: "Don Carlos Nunez and Dona Pura Galvey Inc. vs. Societe Generale SA in the U. S. District Court of Southern Florida." Carefully selected Cuban-Americans dominate that court system and after Societe Generale loses this case, it will pay up because the USA's economic clout must be appeased if such banks are to continue to do international business. The Cuban-American lawyer for the Cuban-Americans suing the French bank is Jose Lopez and this week he told Reuters this very obvious sentence: "We have other financial institutions we're looking to target." NO KIDDING. There is in the USA a vast panorama of Cuban-American lawyers who have almost overnight moved from being millionaires to billionaires thanks to the Bastistiano-driven Helms-Burton Act beginning in 1996...and that insult to Democracy has been greatly exacerbated since President Trump this year enacted Title 3 of Helms-Burton, something even the Batistiano-controlled George W. Bush presidency deemed too cruel and too extreme to activate.
     Daily headlines now remind Democracy-loving Americans that the Batistiano bible Helms-Burton is the most genocidal and the most nefarious law ever legalized in the United States, and every one of the 535 members of the U. S. Congress knows that to be true. Yet, it is as legal today as it was in 1996 when it was muscled through Congress by Miami's all-time two most Cuban-born Counter Revolutionaries in the USA, Jorge Mas Canosa and Lincoln Diaz-Balart.
     This is the Cuban-American Miami lawyer, Jose Javier, who bragged to Reuters this week as he awaits his latest anti-Cuban lawsuit windfall, this time from the French bank Societe Generale. The Cuban and Mafiosi exiles who fled the Cuban Revolution in the wee hours of January 1, 1959, easily had enough money and muscle to quickly overwhelm Miami...and enough money and muscle, plus other special privileges not available to others from churches and from original Batista-Mafia supporters in Washington, to send their children to America's best colleges and largest law firms or other powerful business operations. Javier's law firm bio says, "With the help of scholarship and financial aid, Jose Javier received an education from the top schools in the country." Then, of course, every Republican administration in the USA, from Reagan to Trump, has lavished unending and often unspeakable advantages to Cubans such as Jose Javier in an unholy nexus of greed and politics that has both shamed and reshaped America.
      Cuban lawyers such as Jose Javier have created a United States of America far different from what it was prior to 1959 and prior to what the Founding Fathers in 1776 envisioned for their bold experiment in Democracy. Yes, since 1959 the reconstituted Batista-Mafia dictatorship headquartered in what is called Little Havana in Miami has had a fierce desire to recapture Cuba. But the article by Reuters this week concerning Jose Javier's lawsuit against the French bank Societe Generale reconfirms what has always been the TOP GOAL of both Batistiano Cubans in Cuba and Batistiano Cubans in America -- and that is, first and foremost, MONEY, and tons of it. And now that the Batistiano-controlled Trump administration has activated Helms-Burton Title 3, easy financial windfalls from easy lawsuits against U. S. companies and foreign companies who might have had the audacity to do at least a little business with Revolutionary Cuba are becoming regular occurrences that could only happen with a Republican in the White House.
U.S.-backed shame in Cuba: 1952-1959.
U.S.-backed shame in the USA: 1959-2019.
